The Order of the Blue Rose helped found the city of Bauller's Gae alongside a few other organizations, seeing the location as perfect for their own means - the study and containment of magic that would be dangerous in the wrong hands.

Long has the Order been one of peace, never using the artifacts they stored so carefully and teaching their members combat techniques to counter even some of the strongest magic in the world in their quest to put down those abusing magical power and contain the artifacts. But lately there are whispers that things have changed....
