Born and raised among The Order of the Blue Rose in Bauller's Gae, Thalassa knew she'd be part of the Order someday.

In her adult years she's served pretty faithfully and been rewarded well; after all, not many others within the Order can swim and breathe underwater without the use of spellwork or other aids and on top of that Thalassa has shown herself to be quite a capable fighter on top of it all.

As such she's earned the right to pick and choose her jobs and those she works with, often seen with the same few people; those she knows she can trust to watch her back no matter how hairy things get.
