Cornerstone Aerial Postal Service
C.A.P.S., the Rito Mail
A postal service privately owned and operated by the famous business Rito Mr. Perelli that utilizes the Rito's natural ability to cover large distances quickly to deliver mail swiftly all across the land.
Owner -> coporate managers -> regional managers -> team managers -> mail staff & mail carriers
Having long ago gotten rid of any political opposition, the biggest obstacles are inclement weather and flying conditions, as well as ornery customers.
The purpose of C.A.P.S. is to unite the land via mail that is delivered as swiftly and accurately as possible.
And also make bucket loads of money for the owner.
The mail staff and carriers are motivated by the pressure to make sure that they stay on schedule, lest they don't make enough money to feed themselves and/or their families.
The managers and higher ups either have passion or are driven by greed, and you can tell how long someone has been a manager by which one motive they exhibit.
The owner Mr. Perelli has a sincere passion to make mail delivery as efficiently as possible, but he's also a businessman at heart and greatly enjoys the money that he's making at the expense of his own race.
All mail carriers fly under the risk of injury since they are required to go anywhere and everywhere they are needed. The risk is mitigated somewhat by the fact that even bandits and slavers need mail, so they generally don't have to worry about getting shot out the sky by all but the most vicious of people.
All mail carriers are equipped with a mail satchel, a company-issued wallet, a pair of flight goggles, special tongs that allow the Rito to grasp small envelops, a bow and quiver, a water (or booze) canteen, and their schedules.
All mail carriers have a call that they must say loudly when they land and when they take off, first to announce their presence to their clients, and second to let everyone know that they'll be flying in the area so that no one accidentally shoots them. The mail call can be anything of the carriers' choosing as long as it is safe for work and family friendly.
