so I'm wanting to join in on one of my followers' DTIYS challenges and I can't decide which reference I should draw it with.

pretty cool, leaves lots of opportunity to get creative and throw stuff

this one's kind of really stunning but i feel it might be a bit too zoomed in, I wouldn't be able to capture all the cool details of the original.

this one's more boring pose-wise but would be really easy and has lots of background room

great composition and face, little to no creativity

again, boring pose, crops out quite a bit of detail, but could allow for some really cool eye effects :D

then this last one's my favorite for concept ideas, like mermaid alien floating in galaxy space water? that sounds awesome, but the eyes are closed which would be difficult to fix, i'd have to change the positioning/composition thus being referenceless for a large portion of the painting, and it would likely be a challenge for something I only have until the end of September to complete.

According to the artist, she's an astro-nymph, so technically not a space mermaid but similar. Nothing else is really known, op never clarified
