Jade nodded. ”I think I am.” she smiled at the thought of starting the series.

(I honestly haven't seen any of the actual series yet… I have seen a bit of the Anime but…)
(The anime is alright, however I didn't like that Jensen doesn't voice Dean until the last two episodes of it, and the mispronunciation of 'Freeland'; tbh, I'd actually like to see them continue the anime version.)
(lol. Wait there's an anime???)
Killian grinned, and got up. "Come on." He led her into the living room, sitting down in his recliner, and picked up a remote, turning on the TV.
Jade returned the smile and followed him, taking a seat on the couch. Just don't talk during the show… Analyzing stays in your head. she reminded herself of her bad habit.
Killian went into Netflix, and started the first episode, smiling a little. He had to forcibly restrain himself from making observations on how much the characters had changed since that first one.
Jade watched the episode with rapt attention as the tragic beginning of the two boys’ career as hunters started. A part of her almost likens them to people not to dissimilar to her and Killian. The characters may not have had powers like they did but they had a similar responsibility.
Killian was silent as he watched. "Dad went on a hunting trip and he hasn't come back in a few days." He smiled slightly as he thought of the rest of the show, how so much of it hinged on this one freaking episode. Then again, it was that way for many pilot episodes.
Dean’s downplaying it… A few days wouldn't be enough for him to get this worried to bring his brother into things. Jade sighed to herself. More likely he’s been missing for a week or two. she bit her lip lightly in thought before she noticed Killian’s small smile. She couldn't help but mirror it.
Killian leaned back in his seat with a small smile on his face still. He sighed softly.
Jade tried to stay focused on watching the show but her eyes kept darting back to Killian. He looked so relaxed and content right now. It was such a change from the bitter reckless villain she ”knew”. Then again, she probably seemed different to him too. The distant calculating heroine and this socially awkward slightly geeky young woman who laughed often. She smiled at the comparison.
Killian did his best to keep his eyes focused on the TV. But he was distracted by his thoughts…and by Jade. When catching Harbinger is over…whats going to happen? Are we going to go back to the way we were? Or what? He wondered.
Why did I kiss him? I mean, I know why… I just… Jade held back a frustrated huff as her own thoughts started to circle. Nothing good is going to come out of this. I’ll still have to fight him but it won't be the same. she almost chuckled dryly at the thought of trying to stay friendly, like they were now, when she had to punch him in a fight.
Killian closed his eyes for a moment, then opened them. I don't know if I can keep fighting her the same way now. Knowing… He sighed, raking a hand through his hair.
Jade turned to look at him fully. What was it about him that she could drop her guard so completely around him? No one else knew her identity, she was even careful about what she said and did around Sophie. Yet, he drew her in like a magnet.
She trusted him.
Killian stretched, and glanced over at her, noticing her attention. "Do you need something?" he asked, raising his eyebrows and looking at her.
Jade blushed at being caught and shook her head as she looked back at the TV. ”No. Sorry. I was just thinking about something.” she mentally facepalmed at her phrasing.
He chuckled softly. "Alright." What was she thinking about? He wondered, eyebrows twitching a little. And staring at me? He sighed a little.
Jade let out a soft breath of relief when he didn't ask what she was thinking about. She almost figured that conversation was inevitable anyway but she didn't want to bring it up yet. It may have been selfish of her but she wanted to enjoy the peacefulness a bit longer.
Killian got up and grabbed his soda, then came back to sit down again, taking a sip of his drink. He shook his head a little, tiredly. I'm tired. And I don't know what's going to happen when all this is over.
Jade closed her eyes and leaned back against the couch, trying to shrug off the awkwardness that those few sentences had brought on. It can't last anyway. We’re barely friends… we’re just working together right now. … But what happens next?
Killian set his drink down, still watching the show and frowning a little for a moment, before his features evened out again. I don't know what to do.
Jade looked at him from the corner of her eyes and sighed. ”Should we talk about this now or later?” she asked just above a whisper. So this is what an elephant in the room feels like.
Killian paused the show. "Talk about what?" He asked slowly. Does she mean the show? Or…what happens when we're done with finding Harbinger?
Jade sighed, placing her head in her hands. ”About… us.” she finally said. ”I really appreciate everything you've done to help me and I've been enjoying spending time with you like this but… I can't stop doing my job as a hero.”
