I feel really scared right now, and I’m not super sure why. I know what thoughts are keeping me down, but I don’t really know why I’m having them. It’s kinda bad right now. I don’t know who to. I don’t know what to do. I do know that I don’t have enough healthy coping mechanisms to be able to make it through on my own. I’m so stressed.

What are you thinking about? If you dont mind sharing or mind me asking. (If you do mind, thats chill. I understand)
