Calix laughed at the state of Josiah then looked at the barkeeper. "So you want some news on both those places?"

S.K poured themselves a drink, not trusting the barkeep because she gave them a drink that made feathers sprout from their hands, that was the last time they trusted the Barkeep.
Hinata had fallen asleep in the corner, her cigar hanging from her mouth.
Tolkalee smiled, nodded, and began forward. He was headed back towards home, and this time he wouldn't be alone. Traveling alone was not fun. With someone else you could talk with them, help them, and they could help you. In general, Tolkalee preferred to travel with someone. He glanced back to make sure she was with him.
“Endangering people’s lives are fine,” The barkeeper said to Eris and Brie. “Please continue with the story.”
Josiah limped from his stool and packed his bags. He dropped some coins at the counter and walked out. “See you all laterrrrrr~~” he shouted and walked out with a smile on his face.
“Will he be okay by himself?” The barkeeper asked Calix who still sat at the bar.
"No clue." Calix replied and Vasilios watched the door that Josiah walked out of.
The barkeep turned to Hinata in the corner, still snoring and about to fall out of her chair. She shook her arm and Hinata promptly fell out of her chair. "You need a pick up Hinata? Or do you need a portal home?"
Hinata jolted awake.
"Sorry," she said gruffly.
"I've used my powers a lot lately. A pickup would be nice."
The barkeeper's brow furrowed with concern. She handed Hinata a glass of something that looked like coffee. "Be careful with overusing your powers. I've seen too many people go because they couldn't stop. At least you came here to rest."
Hinata gave a dry laugh.
"Nowadays, I use my powers to do some clean up at my diner and I'm knocked out for a half hour. I guess this is what it means to be old." She drank.
Zera was quick to follow him. She was indeed quite excited about the potential of this new journey before her. New places, new people, but there would also be new dangers. Yet, she didn't let the possible danger bother her at that moment. Deep in the back of her mind, that draconic nature was still unsure, but it was understandable.
She just hoped things wouldn't go too bad as they headed out. She had no intention of letting herself loose control. No, Zera would keep it in check, to try and control her draconic nature. The woman would never forgive herself if Tolkalee ended up injured, and it was her fault if such a thing were to happen…but life always worked in strange, mysterious ways.
When Josiah came outside, he returned to his natural stage. He took off his glove and opened a portal, heading back to his home; The Soul Labyrinth.
Mendax sat at the bar, it taking all his power not to glitch off the seat. "How are you today, barkeep?" He said, his glitch even making it sound like stuttering.
“I’m quite well. How are you? Anything to drink?” The barkeeper tried her best not to stare when Mendax’s nose glitched off his face.
(That's not how it works-)
"I'm fine, I'll take a Perflorm." Mendax said, glitching off the chair but landing on his feet with skill.
(Oh, sorry)
The bartender handed him his drink and leaned over the counter. “So, what brings you here?”
"S.K said this place was nice, I'm also on the run, but that's all technicalities." He said, taking a sip of his drink.
“So, story time?”
"I mean… I'd rather not, my author has to leave in a moment anyhow."
“That’s fine. My author is super tired. She had a three hour show today.” The barkeeper sighed. “I wish I could join her.”
I’m hear cuz the game master threatened to take away brownies so hello people
The Barkeeper frowned and IdiotSandwich flickered out of view. "Really author? A tad bit low don't you think?"
Mendax glitched into view, a disgruntled looking teen beside him. "I'm back." He said, clapping his hands and starting the teen beside him.
