Welcome all to the Purple Cauldron! Have a drink of (possibly spiked) apple cider and tell us your stories. Whether you have just emerged from the dark forest in the back alley or stopped an evil government from…something, feel free to share and inspire. Try to keep the poisoning and bar fights to a minimum but please relax and have fun. We all need a break from saving the world I'm sure. Strangers welcome!
Hello, I'm the barkeep here. I have some experience with potions as well so if you need a spike of courage or a maybe some liquid fear to put you in your place, just ask. Anything to drink?
(So… is this just like a character chat?)
Yeah! P.S. pets are aloud but please no dragons. We aren't repeating that mistake.
(Lol)
Melody flounced over to the bar and sat down, red eyes glowing. "Give me the strongest you've got."
Pours a drink Either you're tired or just stupid. Have a story, do you?
Meldoy shrugs, downing it in one gulp. "If you want to hear it."
A girl with choppily cut brown hair flopped onto the counter, sitting down tiredly. "Do you have anything strong, but without alcohol or anything? I'm not allowed to have it, but I really need a drink."
(I don't think that's a thing…)
Calix walked into the bar and sat down at a table near the back and looked around.
A short man in a yellow sweater had been sitting down for a while, just watching. "May I get deep eddy lemon vodka?" He eventually asked.
(So you'll get your vodka after all Lol.)
(Yes I will, yes I will.)
A woman in a yellow-lined black hoodie, yellow halter top, and black pants walked in, stepping to the counter.
"Have any sake?" She asked.
The girl sighed. "Yeah, I figured. Just water's fine, then."
"I have hard lemonade but not much weaker than that unless you want orange juice. Please though, do tell us the story."
“And yes of course we have sake. We have dragon tears and troll-brewed moonshine, we have sake.
The barkeeper turns and pulls various bottles out of the cabinets and pours the patrons their drinks. “One…water, one lemon vodka, and one sake. Now, enough talk of drinks. You wouldn’t have come here if you didn’t have something to share. So…”
Ariene nearly kicked down the door as she wiggled inside, her eight-foot-tall, yet femme, figure walking up to the bar and having a seat, nearly crushing it as she did so. She cringed. "Hey. Don't wanna intrude or anything if you were doing something, but, ah…do you have lemonade? Or something similar?"
“Yes, we have lemonade, limeonade, hard lemonade, and this stuff I picked up from a warlock a few years ago. Taste like lemonade but make you sparkle for like two hours.”
The woman (mine) sat down at the bar, sipping her sake. She had a story to tell, alright.
"Let's get some lemonade!" Ariene cried, rubbing her gigantic fists together. Although huge, she was soft at heart. And she had some stories of her own.
“You look like you have a story. Tell away.” The barkeep said to the women sipping her sake rather loudly.
