Hawkin waved dismissively.
“Yeha yeah I touched the booth. I practically staggered out of that old cantina. I get splitting headaches when whatever happens. It’s weird. However…”
Hawking looked at the droid and eyed it curiously.
“I worked on the droid and didn’t see anything. Maybe I didn’t touch it long enough. Or maybe it’s really the fumes. As for the survivor of the clone wars…”
Hawkin picked up his bo-rifle.
“Technically, there is a way to stop him. But I do know Jedi really don’t resort to violence, and I don’t know how much his armor can stop. So it’s really a last ditch option with no good outcome.”
Calista raised a brow, not getting a clear feeling from the boy, and sighed. “Do those “flashes” happen often?” she asked as she started wondering if there was a possibility… “I am not letting you kill him.” she nearly scowled. “I’m willing to fight when it's necessary but Jado was trying to help me get some answers regarding what happened to the clones and the massacre.” she informed.
Hawkin put his hands up and leaned backwards.
“Hey. I didn’t say I was going to kill him. The Bo rifle is here however. I don’t plan to do anything. As for the flashes. They happen when I touch something. It’s never really the same type of object. Like it can happen when I touch ships or droids, and I see like little snippets of memories. It’s weird. Like I said, it’s probably me hallucinating from inhaling too much exhaust or like too much hyper fuel.”
He relaxed and put his arm around the droid.
“The clones eh? From what the old timers tell me at the shop, they went rogue. I’ve heard many theories. From a hive mind mentality, to ittty bitty robots controlling their brains. I guess that’s what happens when a large portion of the story is covered up by the Empire and its goons.”
She nodded once when he seemed to back off about the rifle. “Not necessarily. There may be another possibility for why you see those things. And if we have time, I can help you see if that is the case.” she offered.
Calista made a noncommittal noise and shrugged slightly. “I've heard some of those theories too. But we were going to try to get, hopefully, a more concrete answer from two possible locations.” she explained, not really sure why she was telling this boy so much… other than her own theory about him.
Hawkin gently smacked the back of the droid.
“Well if something other than fumes is making me see these moments it would be nice to know what’s causing it. As for wanting information, anyone down where you were earlier, in the underbelly, can get it and more for the right price. Anything that’s supposed to be hidden, is always in view in the underbelly of Coruscant. And if you have favors owed to you, things can be a little bit easier.”
Hawkin cracked a smile and tossed his arms out to the side in a nonchalant way.
“I am well aware of the… information available in the lower levels.” Calista sighed, looking back down the hall for a moment. “We were hoping for a more direct source. Assuming the data is still there.” she added almost as an afterthought. Surely the New Republic wasn't foolish enough to erase data from the Senate offices before the Empire took over… then again Palpatine could have been that shrewd.
(I’m so sorry I’ve been really busy recently and I will be busy today as well but tomorrow I can rp)
(Don’t worry about it homie. We all have busy days. Take your time!)

Hawkin laughed.
“Well if there are any locks involved, I’m pretty sure I can get them open. Just in case you need someone. I also fix droids, ships, much of anything with engines, and prosthetics for folk of the cyborg kind or whoever else has modifications that are mechanical. I’m gifted when it comes to that. It just clicks ya know?”
(You're good!)
“That's quite a skill.” Calista nodded appreciatively, especially since she wasn't “gifted” with that skill set as he clearly was. “And it shows since you were able to repair this droid with you. Any chance you are as talented with slicing?” she asked, hoping she was right to take him at his word since she didn't sense any deceit from him so far.
a shot flew through the air going through the receptionist's head and he walked out his pistol smoking and he aimed at calistas head and squeezed the trigger missing and shooting the droid in the power supply "good soldiers follow orders…" he fired again at calista
(ill change it if you want the droid to stay winter)
(personally I would, at least, like the droid to keep its memory banks but I’ll leave it up to Winter)

(Keep the droid please bc I have a plan for it 😂)
(ok just the power is being shot)

Calista had her saber in hand, its teal blade glowing, as soon as the first shot rang out. She frowned at herself for letting her guard down even this much in such a dangerous situation as she deflected the second shot. “Jado, stop this.” she told him firmly, using the Force to try to influence him. “This isn't you. You have fought this before, you can do it again.”

Hawking picked up his bo rifle and smacked the end of it. It popped open and a slicer's kit dropped out of the bottom. He waved it around before jamming it back into the bo rifle.
"I like to think that I am pretty decent at slicing. Once again, it's something that clicks."

Hawking looked at the poor droid that had it's power bank shot and frowned.
"Man. I just fixed that too…"
He looked up from the droid and watched in curious fascination as the Jedi ignited her saber. For some reason he was calm. He looked over at the receptionist's desk and pitied the poor man. It wasn't the first time he had seen someone die. And he knew it wouldn't be the last. He attention was drawn back to the growing tension in the room between the jedi and the man in the mismatched armor.
he struggled with himself "calista…" he dropped his weapon again grabbing his helmet "knock me out…" he managed to mumbled with the struggle with his chip and his liking of calista not wanting to kill her "please…"
(dang did i kill you with this short text?…)
Calista sighed at Jado’s words but nodded at his words. She could almost feel his pain from this conflict and felt a little guilty for this. “I'm sorry.” she murmured, deactivating her lightsaber and using the Force to throw Jado against the wall.
