he glanced at the gaurd nervous was it that bad I need someone to watch over me…oh god..what happened…did I hurt Calista or someone else?… he thought images of all sorts of bad things going through his head he looked around no other traces of blood or the smell of sizzling flesh..maybe melted metal?…
Hawkin smiled and flicked the droid's limp arm. "Sounds cool. I don't think there's a machine too difficult for me to figure out. I can see what it's supposed to look like in my mind. and I can see how to put it back together. It's really cool."
Calista chuckled a little, though she was impressed by his apparent ability. "You must be a very talented mechanic." she complimented as she already started to wonder if he was as good of a pilot.
Hawking shrugged.
"I learn fast. And I read a lot of schematics. I like learning about things I can fix or tear apart, or pick apart. I find that it calms me. But then that's where the flashes of memories start, and when that happens, I immediately go from calm to stressed, thinking that I might see something I'm not supposed to see. So, to fix that, I like to think of myself in a proverbial limbo, where I'm calm but stressed at the same time. It's such a weird feeling."

"Calista Veran should be back soon. She was helping some kid with a droid." The security guard gave Jado a hard look. "Surprised you're so eager for her to question you after you shot at her."
Calista sighed and shook her head. "That was what we were going to look into before… I believe something was making him do that. As to what will happen to him, I'm planning on taking responsibility for him so we can find answers." she explained.
"is she alright…." the guard could feel the death glare "I want to know if I accidentally caused her harm…" he wasn't pleased with the guard but understood why Calista put the guard to watch him "and that was not my fault…i don't know why this happens but it has happened before and I want to know if I caused that Jedi harm..unless you want to mess around with an ex-clone trooper.."
Hawkin scratched his head.
“As weird as it sounds, if the problem is mechanical, I can try to fix it. Like if he has a bad circuit or something shocking him, ya know? I’ve worked on guys who had prosthetics and modifications. Do you think that that’s what it is? Is some modification hurting him? And now that I’m thinking about it, who’s going to tell the receptionist’s family that he’s dead? That’s tough news.”
"As far as I could tell, she seemed fine." the guard shrugged, raising a skeptical brow at Jado's explanation. "Right… Ex-clone trooper. Next time you try to give an excuse, make it believable. Everyone knows the Clones died out from either the war or old age for some reason."

But I don't know if Jado has any modifications but we can ask if he's awake when we get back." she answered, opening the supply room door. "All I really know about him is that he's a Clone Wars survivor and prefers the Mandalorian lifestyle."

The guard glared at the insult, tightening his grip on the weapon in his hands. "Asking what Legion you were in isn't going to prove anything." he pointed out shortly. "The New Republic has been working on recovering all kinds of files from the High Republic era. You could have sliced any Legion number."

"As far as I know, he won't literally fall apart but I doubt he's an android… I assume he's human considering what I know about the clones, anything beyond that you'll have to ask him." she admitted before raising a brow at Hawkin's last statements. "May I ask what you are then if you're not human?"

"You're pushing your luck." the guard growled back. "Any soldier could tell you there's plenty of nonlethal places that you can shoot." he added, resisting the tempting idea of following through with that threat.
he quietly reloaded his whistling birds acting like he was fixing his armor up "so…are you going to try me…or will you stay at ease…" he glared at the guard "your move…" he checked the guard over "no armor..just normal civilian protection wow..this is quite terrifying.." he faked a shiver
"youve got a blaster ive got nothing but my fists…" he fixed his flamethrowers ammo back up also fixing the armor on that side "wouldn't that go in your favor?…"

The guard clenched his blaster in a white-knuckle grip and ground his teeth but stood his ground. He would never admit that he knew he was outmatched just by armor. He knew that the few people who wore armor like this were usually bounty hunters and he wasn't going to chance his luck against the possibility of this maniac being a professional. "Just shut up." he warned.
he raised a eyebrow "oh?….tell me why should I…" he was checking both the whistling birds and flamethrower "because one of us in this room can be saying what to do and that's me…now sit down behave and nothing bad will happen to you..if you try anything you might end up worse than you imagine…" he glared at him his tone not changing at all while he said it so it was cold and heartless
"You want me to tell you why?" the guard asked incredulously. "Really? After you attacked one of the Jedi of the New Republic in the Senate building?" he pointed out. "You really want me, the guy who works here and has authority here, to tell you, an armed and delusional manic, why you should listen to me?" he added somewhere between taunting and genuine disbelief. "Why Calsita Veran asked to keep an eye on you and not take your armor and weapons and place you under arrest is beyond me. Especially since she'd be well with in her rights to do so."

"I plan to. I don't care that he's a clone. He seems interesting. As for me? I'm Kiffar. Or Kiffu if you prefer the slang term. There's not much different except our blood is deep crimson and we have facial tattoos. We're human like, but not close. We're just special I guess."
