The original building block for all other magical elements. Once the Great Spirits brought it to earth, it started binding to the elements there and access to it was given to the people.

The world's Sanctuaries are important sites that run on Arcane magic, but its powers cannot be harnessed by the Earth's beings.

Should one ever try to claim Arcane magic from its source, either nothing would happen, or said being would be reduced to ash, as Arcane magic is too much for Earthly beings to wield.

Primordial

Arcane magic can take many shapes. Its colours vary from white to blue and even purple.

Arcane can be used to any effect.

This fully depends on how the magic is used.

Arcane magic is not accessible to mortal beings of the earth. Only the Creator, Great Spirits and angels can use it freely.

The Elves do have a concept of what it is and how it works, since they were the first to have witnessed it, when it was brought to them.

Arcane can be used to god-like effect. In theory it could change or even destroy the entire world.

It is a neutral force, but was given to the people as a force of good.

They are revered to those who still know of them.

None. You have to be a god-like being to be able to use it.
