The Chronicler of all that is and will be. Cicero tends to stick to himself, in his great study, where he oversees his records of all the events in the universe.

Cicero is one of the Spirits that prefers solitude over the company of others.

He does not show many emotions, as his duty requires a state of mind that does not need emotions.

However, the Chronicler is a very wise being, who appreciates the thirst for knowledge, and is often willing to share some of it to those, pure of heart, who seek it and know where to look.
