Akuji

The ferryman of the Dead. Akuji is responsible for the spirits of people who just passed away. He takes them on their journey to the afterlife that was decided for them.

Just like Imani, Akuji resides in a realm between that of the mortals and the dead.

The Ferryman

Akuji has a pitch black skin, with his bones exposed at certain places. His skull also comes through at times, giving him a rather frightening appearance.

Being a man on the water, Akuji is armed with a large harpoon.

Akuji, who regularly interacts with the people, is a surprisingly friendly Spirit, with a cynical and sarcastic approach to others.

Though he does not seek to harm anyone, he can often come off that way, due to his rather twisted form of humor.
