(Yup, you want me to go?)
(Yup, you want me to go?)
(sure go ahead)
(Ok then ^^)
(Give me a sec, gotta get food first, life problems, I’ll be five minuets(hopefully). )
(No prob XD)
(Done!)
I slammed the door to my room shut. I had to get out of here and find the boys, fast. I changed my clothes and put my trainers back on. I opened the door slightly and shut it when I saw two of Blake’s minions outside my door.
"I'm telling ya, dude, I was holding back," came Trius's annoyed voice.
"Sure," was the sarcastic reply. "Holding back what? Your lunch? Nice job." Their voices faded quickly down the hallway.
I smirked, they hadn’t seen me. I opened the door and set off in the opposite direction down the winding halls. I rounded a corner and saw another of Blake’s minions coming right at me.
It was a boy with blond hair and a scowl. He limped toward you, rubbing his head, and didn't notice you until he was only a few feet away. "Hey," he said in surprise. "Where do you think you're going?"
I shrugged, trying to look as causal as possible, “Getting to know the place,” I eyed him up and down, “Why are you limping?”
He huffed. "None of your business." Glancing at you sidelong, his voice turned smooth and a little sly. "If you want, I could show you around. I know this place like the back of my hand."
“Depends,” I said “If you’re going to either turn me into Blake, or drag me into a corner and tie me up, then I’m good.” I smirked at him, still a little cautious.
(I gotta go peeps, goodnight)
(Goodnight, sleep well)
(night ^^)
He tried to grin attractively, but his black eye kind of turned it into a fail. "Well, I don't see why Blake would have to know about this. I could show you the library, if you like. it's very…..secluded there this time of day." He attempted a wink, with catastrophic results.
I hid my laugh, “Sure, the library it is then.” I walked beside him, but after a while in silence I asked him, “Why do you have so many injuries? I know you said it was none of my business but I’m just curious.”
He sighed in frustration. "It's nothing, just some punks who thought they could take me on. But I showed them soon enough." He did his best to not limp as much. "Anyway, enough about that. What about you? How are you settling in, uh….Meredith, right?"
“Maddie. And.. it’s.. fine, I guess.” I had to look away from him so he didn’t see a tear come to my eyes when I thought about Crash.
"Great! Glad you like it. Anytime you wanna hang out with me when Blake doesn't need you, I'd be happy to oblige. I'll bet the others must bore you, but I promise I'm not like them at all." He smoothed down his hair rather vainly.
(I gotta go to bed after this one )
(Ok, night)
“Yeah, sure.” Not paying much attention to him
After a couple minutes you heard him say "Ah, here we are!" and swing open a door on your left.
It really was a nice library. At least two stories of the house were taken up by shelves, each one neatly filled with books of all kinds. A balcony ringed the room halfway up, and on the far side of the lower level you saw an open area with small tables for studying. Behind the main desk, a giant window let in the same cool white light as every other window in this place. A serene stillness hung in the air, muffling any sound you or the blond boy made.
(Hello, hello, I have awoken from my slumber)
(heyooo)
(What’s going on?)
(dunno)
