Izuku nodded “ thank you kachan..” he mumbled. The smaller got up, going to put the now sleeping child back in his crib. After doing so, he sat in the others lap. Being careful about the scaring cut, the boy snuggled up to his lover, putting his head in the crook of Katsuki’s neck
The other male hugged Izuku close, not really paying too much mind to the healing cut on his stomach. "I'm not gonna break, you know…"
“… I don’t wanna hurt you..” he mumbled, he wrapped his arms around the other, feel tears run down his face “ I don’t get why this…. why this nightmare just showed up..”
Izuku took in sharp breaths, trying to stop the tears, but he couldn’t help it, the nightmares where scary enough. But the thought of the other going back to the way he was.. that’s what scared him the most.
Bakugo sighed softly. "I don't know… But Izu, I promise, I'll never do that to you again… Okay?" He offered his pinkie to the boy with a small smile.
Izuku took the boys promise, “ okay.” The boy wipped his eyes, putting his head on the others chest. The beat of the blondes heart was soothing.
The blonde ran his fingers through Izuku’s hair, humming softly to him and rocking a bit. “Are you gonna be okay?”
“ yeah..” he mumbled. The smaller smiled “ you’ve gained maternal instincts” Izuku said with a slight laugh.
Bakugo flushed at this, looking away and scoffing a bit. “I have not!”
“ kachan. Your treating me like a child.” He said with a sly smile
Bakugo then let go of Izuku, crossing his arms and pouting. “I was only trying to comfort you…” he muttered.
Izuku whined “ aww please don’t stop!”
Bakugo then smirked a bit, and held onto Izuku again, starting to rock again. “Aww, so you like being treated like a child then~” he teased quietly.
“Mmm.” Izuku made an annoyed sound. “ kinda” the smaller said.
Bakugo kissed Izuku’s forehead then, smiling softly down at him. “Mm… Maybe I have gained a few ‘motherly’ instincts…” he said with a soft chuckle.
Izuku smiled warmly “ I like it.” The smaller kissed the others lips. “ so.. I have to go back to night shift next week.”
Bakugo tensed at this, hugging Izuku a bit tighter. “No… I don’t like you being out at night…”
“ kachan, I’ll be okay. Mr Aizawa should be there with me. “ he said
He sighed softly. “Still… something always happens…”
Izuku mumbled something. He figited with his ring. “ what about we do it this month.”
Bakugo smiled again at this. “That’s a great idea.”
“ do we have the other bands?” He asked looking at the other. “ a.. am I going to wear a dress?!” He asked with a red face.
Bakugo nodded at the first question, then laughed at the other one. “You don’t have to. If anything, you can just wear a white suit instead of a black one.”
“ okay.” The smaller smiled determinedly “ I will be the best bride or groom..?” He was still confused on the terms
Bakugo hummed a bit. "There doesn't have to be a bride, Izuku. We can both be grooms. Though, I do want to be able to see you walking down the aisle, if that's alright."
