Kaz grumbled something faintly in German against the floor before righting himself. "Yeah, yeah, I'm up," he muttered as he got to his feet. He was speckled with blood here and there, but there wasn't much of it. If anyone asked, he could just say he got caught on something while welding or something
Vaughn hummed, pressing a kiss to the side of Kaz’s head. “Let’s get going,” he said, stepping out of the bedroom. He walked to the front door, where he waited with his hands in his pockets.
"Ugh, fine," Kaz complained, though he smiled at the kiss. He made his way over to the door, but a wide grin suddenly crossed his face. "Oh no, gravity is increasing on me!" he said dramatically before beginning to fall on top of Vaughn
“Kaz, come on,” Vaughn laughed as he grabbed onto Kaz, just so he wouldn’t fall over. “What do you think you’re doing?”
“I said, gravity is increasing on me,” Kaz repeated with a laugh, slumping back into Vaughn’s arms as he grinned. He looked up at Vaughn, laughing again as he put more of his weight on him
“Gravity, huh? I think you’re needy ass just doesn’t want to leave,” Vaughn hummed with arched brows. He leaned back against the door, arms wrapped around Kaz as he held him up.
"Maaaaybe," Kaz drawled, laughing again as Vaughn held him up. He leaned against him for another minute before righting himself. He turned so that they were facing each other, a dorky grin plastered across his face. He leaned up to press a kiss to Vaughn's nose as he laughed
(I'm stalking this since it seems too far in to join)
"Yeah. . ." Luka shuddered, holding onto Axel's hand. "It got so bad that all of my clothes were so glitterified, that my outfits could've put Elvis Presley to shame."
"You're adorable," Axel said softly after a pause as he chuckled lightly, taking Luka's hand into his own.
Vaughn chuckled and caught Kaz’s chin in his hand. He kept Kaz’s head tilted upwards, catching his lips in a soft kiss. He held him there for a moment before letting go and breaking away. “Come on, let’s go now.”
"Okay," Kaz said, grinning at the kiss. He would never get over how much he loved the affection. He took Vaughn's hand, locking the door behind them as they walked towards the elevator
Vaughn laced their fingers around each other and smiled as he walked down the hall with Kaz. He loathed going back to the hospital. It was terrible there for him, being treated like he was constantly unstable.
Kaz smiled up at Vaughn, opening the elevator and stepping inside. "Just wait, we'll have you out of that damn hospital and into my place in no time," he assured him. "We'll be living together. Huh. That'd be pretty great," he said as he cracked a grin
“Mm, it sounds amazing. What would we even do all day when we aren’t in bed?” Vaughn asked, a playful edge in his tone. He leaned back against one of the walls of the elevator, watched Kaz with an arched brow.
"Movies? Netflix and chill? Cooking?" Kaz began to suggest, grinning up at Vaughn. The idea of him moving in sent waves of happiness through him. He hadn't lived with someone in a while, not after Finn moved out the year before
“All of those things sound fun enough to pass the time with. How are you going to convince them to let you take me?” Vaughn asked. That was his main concern. He wasn’t sure how Kaz would manage to do that, considering he was checked into the hospital as a patient as well.
"Because I may or may not have bribed Argo into going down there earlier. The dude's a sucker for vodka, so if we're lucky he'll have convinced them to adopt the in-home therapy program he was 'trained in while he spent 12 years in Sweden,'" Kaz said, making air quotes as he spoke
Vaughn chuckled softly and shook his head slowly. “You think they’ll buy that shit?” He asked with a joking smile as the elevator slowed to a stop and the doors opened.
"It's worked before. He bribed the military into taking me after my first psych exam fucked me over," Kaz hummed, walking out of the elevator and through the bar. Since it was midday it was totally empty, what with Cas being nocturnal
"Thanks," she whispered, continuing down the hall.
(Ok)
Thorn smiled and nodded. She walked alongside Lana.
Lana reached her room and breathed a shaky sigh. No police officers. She pushed her door open and then froze, her heart stopping. No, there were no police officers. Instead, her aunt stood in the middle of her room, her arms crossed. "Uh…hey auntie."
Thorn stood beside Lana. She observed the women standing crossly in the center of the room. They must be related, otherwise how would the women be in here? Maybe Lana's aunt?
Lana's aunt painted on a smile and looked over at Thorn. "Hi, I'm Cassandra, but you can call me Cass. Everyone does." She squinted at the two of them. "So. Where have you been?" Lana glanced away, not answering.
Thorn smiled back, though it might have been a tad faked. She wondered how much she should tell the woman, "It's wonderful to meet you Cass. I'm Thorn."
"Interesting eyes," Cass replied in a casual tone. "Anyway. Lana, where have the two of you been?"
Lana shrugged. "Movies."
"That's it?" When Lana shrugged, Cass continued, "Then you won't mind taking a sobriety test?" She glared at Thorn. "I suppose you're a junkie as well?"
Thorn glared back. Her red eyes flashed, "No, I'm not and quite honestly I find it offense you think so little of Lana's acquaintances. I just have a certain allergy to a certain something."
