Corbin grabs onto Matrix’s forearm, pulling him back to his feet with a grunt. “Shut up,” he mumbled in response to the question. He supported Matrix’s weight, taking him down the hall and into the guest bedroom, where he lowered the demon down onto the bed. “Just stay there for now.”
Matrix groans, rolling onto his back and coughs. Just a few drops of left over molten stuff singe through the sheets and the mattress slightly, "Sorry…"
Corbin frowns at the burnt up mattress and blankets, going a soft huff. “It’s fine… Just try and get some sleep or something,” he said. He stepped away, walking to the door.
Matrix was trying to thin why the human didnt kick him out, "Why?"
Corbin looked over his shoulder at Matrix, just giving him a look and a shrug before leaving the room. Why was he doing this? He didn’t know himself. He didn’t owe Matrix or anything like that. So what was the point?
Matrix hacks up a lung, trying his best not to hurl all over the bed like the almost had
Corbin went into the living room, picking up the plate of food he had set down for Matrix earlier. He gave a huff, putting it back into the fridge for later. Orion followed him around, his tail swaying a bit as he watched.
Matrix wretches but swallows the molten access. He could have sworn his stomach had burned up
Orion gave a whine, and Corbin looked down at the dog, who’s head was tilted. He sighed, reaching down to pet Orion. “I don’t know what I’m doing, buddy,” he said to the dog.
Matrix closes his eyes but still doesnt fall asleep.

(Well Matrix is sold off to someone. And after… Lets say 60 days? Cordin comes around to check like, 'Is the owner happy with his purchase. Is Matrix doing what he is supposed to.' That kind of thing just to see that Matrix has been abused. Now that Im writing it sounds weird… What I had in mind for the abused part was Matrix was malnourished, his horns had been cut down, he has been put into a sort of dog fight arena to fight other mystical beasts)
(Oo that sounds like a really good idea. Then I guess we can have Corbin take Matrix back in and sort of nurse him back to health. During that process, there might be developing feelings?)

Matrix slumps on his bench. His molten heart was covered by flimsy plastic that could break with one hit. All he was wearing where thin, singed sweatpants and bandages. The bandages where only wrapped around his fists though. He was covered in scratches and a large gash was bleeding freely on his shin. His horns had been cut so low they where almost non-existent. In five minuets his next fight would start.
