So kind of like the title says, one character is a human hunter, while the other person is some sort of magical, non-human being. I will be whichever part, doesn’t matter much to me. This will be set in modern times in a world very similar to our own, despite the fact that there are magical beings.
Basic Guidelines:
- Rated MA for possible violence and gore, profanity, and sexual situations (will be taken to PM though).
- LGBTQ is accepted here, so no homophobic slurs.
- No racist slurs or remarks.
- No one liners, please.
(Ayy, glad your interested! Any preferences of what to do character wise? We could do an LGBTQ one or just a straight thing)
Sorry in advance. This will be my first One on one rp… Hisses
(Yeah, that sounds good to me, I usually do LGBTQ anyways lmao. And that’s all good, no worries. Should we do a lesbian, gay, or nonbinary/other thing?)
(That sounds great to me! Did you have any preference on what part to play?)
(Nope! Whichever you dont want!)
(I was probably just going to do the hunter lol, just cause I thought that the monster part would be more popular)
(Ok! Is there a certain form or should I just explain)
(Yeah, here’s the form)

Personality: Ambivert type, closed off, daring, witty, strong willed, very passionate, surprisingly gentle most of the time, ambitious, not one to give up easily.
Talents: Using a rifle, tracking, moving around silently.
Weaknesses: His left leg, previous trauma, made anxious very easily.
Background: He was raised in the US, and at a young age, he became a US Navy Seal and went to Afghanistan. While out on a patrol with his small team, they accidentally triggered an unseen IUD. Most of his team was either terribly injured or killed. He was struck with shrapnel up the back of his left leg, slicing it open and damaging the muscle there. Because of this, he was put on leave and sent home. Now, he is left with severe PTSD and a lasting scar up the back of his leg. He has to use a crutch to walk at times, simply because his leg can get sore. Now, because he was unable to get a job due to his leg and mental instability, he hunts down non human beings for money.

It was about midnight, and now that it was pitch black all around, it had gone from being completely humid outside to being much cooler. Corbin was limping along an old dirt road, leaning against his crutch as he did so. In his opposite hand, he held a rifle- one he had bought for himself a few weeks after getting home from Afghanistan. He was out looking for any strange creature he could find and sell or kill for a high price.
Matrix was leaning on a wall near a street. The light from the moon reflecting slightly off his horns. His gold eyes narrow at a shadow coming down the street toward him. He watches it but doesnt move.
As Corbin began to reach a nearby building, he stuffed his rifle partly into the backpack that was slung onto his shoulders. He hadn’t seen anything when walking through the woods, and the thought made him sigh sharply. He didn’t have much money, maybe enough to keep him going for the next two weeks- but that obviously wasn’t enough.
Matrix sighs to himself. He stands straight and walks toward the human. His horns still gleam slightly from the moon
Movement in front of Corbin caught his eye, and his pace slowed every so slightly. There was a figure coming towards him, and he itched to reach around and grab his rifle. But because it was dark and the figure wasn’t close enough, he couldn’t tell if they were hunan or not. So he kept walking, his body feeling tense.
(I should write more huh…)
Matrix snarls slightly as the human slows down. He could see the human had a gun slung over his back and he pauses, thinking twice of moving closer. His gold eyes narrowing warily as he stares at the gun in the shadows.
(It’s all good, just do what you can)
Corbin could have sworn that he heard a snarl, and it made his heart thump quicker. He noticed the figure stop moving, and he squinted, catching with of gold eyes that stood out in the dark. He thought about what it could be- being certain now that it wasn’t human. Being new to the hunting game, he wasn’t completely sure. But he stopped as well, thinking about the knife that he had stuffed into the waistband of his cargo pants.
