“Physically yeah I’m f-fine,” Luna almost stopped at the stutter. That would take some time to get rid of, “I’ve rested long enough. I’m r-ready to be pug back to use.”

"We're mostly in a training phase right now, Luna. No more missions, at least. You should at least rest a couple of days, and we can catch up in the meantime. It's a lot of work running this place, but it's been a great time for the most part. We'll be glad to have you on the team again, and I'm sure you'd do a wonderful job helping some of our people train and learn tricks of the trade."
Cyrus put up his gloves, but before he realized it, he'd started biting on his nails a little bit; it was something of a nervous habit of his.
“Oh, I can do th-that,” Luna responded. She didn’t want to sit and do nothing, the longer she stayed. The higher chance they might come back. She would just have to train while no one was watching, yeah that would work. Luna needed to get better, she wasn’t going to loose anyone ever again. Then again her helping with some of the trainees probably wasn’t a good idea with her mental state, but she wasn’t going to speak out against it.
"It's up to you, honestly," Cyrus said, "There are a lot of things to train in, and fighting isn't the only one. I've been mostly over medicine and problem solving skills, and occasionally we come across the stray former assassin who can't read very well, and I help with that too. You might be interested in other things, I was thinking. Don't want to bore you or overwork you this early on."
“Y-yeah, don’t want that to happen,” Luna said with a slight laugh. She couldn’t think of anything she could teach someone. Maybe how not to handle loss….
Sparrow looked at Luna's tense stature "would you like to help me with weapons design? I was going to design some defensive weapons but I'm fresh out of ideas."
Luna looked over to Sparrow. Design weapons? “Yeah. Yeah that sounds great.”
"Can I get you anything to eat or drink in the meantime?" Cyrus offered both of them, "I take it you two want to stick down here where it's quiet. I won't bother you with going back up since you both just got here."
"I ate before sparring g with you but something cool to drink would be a nice treat." She smiled "what about you?"
“Something to d-drink and eat would be nice,” Luna responded grateful she wasn’t going to go through the maze that is the guild.
It had been a few hours and Uriah came back from visiting Zhavia's grave. He handed his horse to someone that was outside. "Mind taking him to the stables?" The boy nodded and walked off. Uriah was surprised at how much he actually talked to a dead person. He would always feel a bit sad, but he felt more relaxed, he accepted she was gone and there was nothing he could do that. When he walked inside he saw Cy walking and followed him. "Where are you going?"
Cyrus' eyes widened a little bit as he went.
"Luna's back… I don't know how, but she is. I'm just getting her something to eat. She's with Sparrow right now."
"I'll walk with you." Uriah was almost as tall as Cyrus, but not quite. He has accepted that he was always going to be smaller than Cy. "Did you and Sparrow talk?" He thought he would go with him since he was hungry as well.
"I mean, yeah," Cyrus said, keeping stride with Uriah, "We also sparred a bit, and I won for once in my life. But I think I know what you're asking, and the answer is no… We're not… we're not together or anything. We didn't talk about that. Quite frankly, I'm afraid to."
(Tbh, Cyrus is legit me)
(lmao he basically just ended up as who I feel like my son would be. He's not me, but he's not exactly far off either.)
(Lol)
"Ah, I see." Uriah looked to the ground. He still felt extremely bad for what happened a year ago. It was loneliness and sadness that took over a year ago. Losing Zhavia was the hardest thing he's ever gone through. "Is there anything I can help with around here?" He didn't like just sitting around doing nothing.
(I feel him.)
"Not at the moment. We could always use extra hands for training, though," Cyrus said. He paused for a second, then took a breath. "Has Sparrow ever really talked about me? If it's safe to make a move, I might. If not… I'll hold off for now. I'm just scared, Uriah. I already hurt her once, and I was hurting myself too by rejecting her. But I've changed. I've grown a good bit. I think perhaps things could work this time."
(Shade your name is too damn long!!)
Sparrow looked at Luna and studied the other girl. Her hair was shorter, and she seemed thinner. Finishing the last of the water in her bottle, she started to take off the tape from her hands
(Lol, it'll be shorter by Sunday.)
(I hope so lol)
(It's just for the twelve days of chrisma.)
Luna had pulled her hood back and pulled her bow off from her back. She had been out in the woods training for the past 3 months. She would've come to the guild, but the moment she tried her body froze and by sheer instinct ran away. It had taken her a long time to finally come in, and now she couldn't relax even with her old friends.
