I don’t really visualize my thoughts but I can if I want to. If I focus really hard I can sometimes watch parts of tv shows or movies in my head.

it might be a neurodivergent thing, just like how you see fuzz when you stare at something too long
It's a thing called aphantasia, which stops you from having a 'mind's eye'
It might be connected to neurodivergance though, I hadn't thought of it that way
I am a strange case…
I can see and smell sounds, I can hear pictures, I can see things in my mind as clear as if they are real and often confuse them for actually being real..
