The proper way is y'all.
Because the apostrophe should be between 'you' and 'all'. Therefore, y'all
Ya'll makes no sense
Also I use you all sometimes, but only in my Latin homework translations because I prefer it to be more formal ig ¯ \ _ (ツ) _/¯

I only say "y'all" because of my Texan coach. Anyways, "youse" is better than "you all", but that's probably the Milwaukee in me.
