Luena pulled out some of the blankets that she kept aside in a drawer. She looked up at the ceilig, the neat, bottle shaped lights crossing it like stars.

Simon managed to climb the rope ladder up.
Marie followed Simon up the rope ladder, carefull not to get to close and trip him.
He makes it up to the top and helps Maire up
"Thanks" she smiled at him once she reached the top
He smiles back.
"It's ok!" He says softly.
"Where did Scipio and Ombra go?" She said looking around.
Luena sits cross-legged on the floor, fiddling with her pack of cards. She played around, moving various cards seemingly without moving her hands.
Simon knocked softly on the tree house door.
Marie stood behind Simon as he knocked. "Why are we even up here?"
Luena got up, snapping out of her thoughts. She opened the door, then returned to her spot.
"Take a seat." There were several blankets covering the floor, along with some pillows. There was a black, furry, beanbag in the corner, as well as a rocking chair parallel to it. The lights hung like Christmas lights, little bottles holding blue, misty, lights. There were posters of Houdini on one wall, along with a couple other magician posters.
"I love the decoration" she said, taking it all in, recognizing some of the people in the posters.
“Thanks!” Luena replied.
Marie continued looking around, in amazment at everything.
Scipio sat down, Ombra coiled up beside him. He stroked her head silently, looking around.
"So," Luena began. "Who the heck are you guys? And why can the snake talk?"
"Scipio Massimo. And she can only speak to Parselmouths. Perhaps you're one if you can understand her? I'm one, of course. That's why she listens to me."
Marie laughed, and then smacked her hand over her mouth. "Scipio, do you know what this means!" she said through her fingers.
"Im Marie Rydell by the way" she added.
"It means she's a Parselmouth." Scipio said simply, and Ombra nodded.
"Yea…" she trailed off. "Excuse me a minute." she said and walked outside to the balcony. She leaned over the side of the railing and hurled.
Luena nodded, pretending to understand.
"Huh. Anyway, you were talking about magic earlier, before I…" Luena failed to grasp the memory. "Before I fainted. And then y'all were gone. What do you know about magic?"
Scipio watched Marie leave, but said nothing about it. "I know a lot about magic, as do they I would presume. Considering that you can communicate with Ombra, I'd say you're a Parselmouth like me. That's someone who can speak to snakes. When you're young, it can be quite difficult to control your magic, but when you're eleven you get a wand. You can use that to channel magic through."
Marie wiped her mouth with her sleeve and walked back inside. "Yea yea that" she said sitting down on the floor.
"Cool." Luena replied, eyes sparkling with curiosity. "How old are you guys? Do any of you have wands?"
