Leo: looks at Nori and gasps You have WINGS! On you! Are you a bird? You can be your own airplane! I like airplanes! How high can you fly? I want wings! runs up to get a better look at Nori's wings and trips
Leo: the urge to poke Nori's wings overcome a minor fall Can I poke your wings? Do you want a lollipop? Can I be your friend? OW! winces, and turns a knob on his earbuds That's better! Now it's not loud anymore!
Leo: to Epsilon Not that kind of earbud, silly! My earbuds are my ears, 'cause they're small and have robot-y stuff in them. You can have a lollipop if you stop trying to eat me!

(Leo is so fun to write. it helps that i have a more annoying little sister who fits the description almost perfectly, but she has hearing aids and not earbuds.)

Leo: to Epsilon Then get lollipops! That way you can have things to suck on and eat and they taste good but you won't be eating people! Here! gives him a lollipop

Leo: A lot… I have a bag full of them and- YOU HAVE A TURTLE! He's so cute! turns to Amber Why didn't you bring me here afore? There are nice people and lollipops and turtles and raccoons and piggyback rides!
Raef: And soup.
Leo: Soup! I want soup! Can I have soup?

Nori: chuckles cus they are real feathers. Hey, I think you would really get along with my sister…

(Leo's approach to making friends: give them a lollipop. he just carries around a whole bag of them for that purpose.)

Leo: Silly, he'd be an airplane, not a car! Cars don't have wings.
Raef: hands Ari a bowl of soup

Ari: laughs hysterically, then grabs the soup and turns around. look! I have wings too! They’re little, and Nori says they probably won’t work… but they’re cool!

Leo: They are cool! pulls out lollipop stick, twists it in a crown-like shape and sticks it on the head of Gino's turtle Now he's a king! All hail King Ralph!

Ari: courtesy’s to the turtle. it is an honor, Ralph!

Nori: snorts

Leo: pulls out anotehr lollipop and puts the stick in Ralph's mouth Look, he even has a scepter now! He's so cute!

Epsilon: cute enough to eat!!

Gino: Ralph is mine! He was my present. You don't eat presents unless you're told to eat them.
