Ghostpass

Ghostpass sits in Estana along its northern edge, just south of The Scorched Flats. Anyone coming in from Firebend and crossing the desert will pass the city, which has been built in the petrified remains of a dragon. The creature is long dead, its body all the remains as its innards have been hollowed out for living space because humanity will find a way to live in just about any conditions.
