The Keepers are a group of druids and sorcerers who have been watching the rise of Arthur Pendragon with great concern. They think of him as an agent of chaos above all else. They have been forced into hiding in the southern half of the Kingdom. They are an uneasy bunch, who tend to keep to themselves, planting their roots and growing their plots.

The Keepers have a few agents in the court, as well as a few spies in Arthur's court. They are a loose alliance of druids and sorcerers. They are uneasy allies at best, though, because their goals are in direct conflict. Arthur can be a powerful ally in the struggle against the The Eleven, but he is also a threat to their way of life. They are a varied bunch, some powerful, some weak, some capable, some inept.
