Rabmalus Campbell
42-43
Male
Rab, Mr. Campbell, Mr. Campbell (,) Sir, Pencilhead
Vaishya promoted to Kshatriya
He appears more worried than most businessmen of his class (even when he is promoted), with a slightly pale complexion as weeks wear on and often shadows under his eyes; sometimes his hair is not as neat and is ruffled-looking as if he's been running his hands through it all day.
Average height for a NA man; not as thin-looking as Durante Oswell or broad as Francis Caradoc, rather average in appearance, a businessman among other businessmen in shape and size.
Fair; not, like, peaches-and-cream or anything, but not as tanned as Shudra farmers and Chandalas and such.
Human
Steely Grey
He never allows himself to be seen in public with even the slightest bit of stubble, so she shaves meticulously every morning (and sometimes at night).
Slightly slicked back, very neat and tidy, exposes ears
Originally brown, but later turned slightly salt-and-pepper (current color).
5'10"
144 lbs.
ISTJ-T (Logistician)
When he's stressed or afraid, he is well-known for running his fingers through his hair until it's a tousled mess. He also fidgets a bit, messing with his cufflinks or adjusting a tie or pocket square, sometimes tugging at his collar or shuffling his feet.
Mr. Campbell is not often happy these days, but when he is, he shows a rare smile that's concise but flattering and makes him look younger. Sometimes he doesn't focus completely on the person(s) in front of him, preferring to stare at his shoes or at something else because his own happiness distracts him and makes him feel embarrassed. He's a businessman. He wants to look serious. No smiling.
When Mr. Campbell is angry (which is sometimes more often than he'd like to admit), he goes kind of red in the face and groans at whoever he's mad at. He doesn't usually resort to physical violence, but passive-aggressive and full-on aggressive remarks are commonly spouted from him as well as sighs and thick sarcasm. He puts his hand on his hip and waves his other hand around with exasperation.
Sorrow is an unusual emotion displayed on the features of Rabmalus Campbell, but on the rare occasion that his poker face is not in play, he is surprisingly fragile-looking and vulnerable. Few people have seen this side to him, but those who have come to know him on a much deeper level. When he's visibly sad, he presses his hands to his eyes to block out the world and to hide the wetness in his eyes. He doesn't care much about his dignity in these times and will run his hands through his hair (a trademark tic), look up at the sky as if wondering why the universe did this to him, and walk in deserted places to be alone with his mournful thoughts. He usually refuses company, meals, and sleep, but sometimes there are people who will comfort him successfully.
Mr. Campbell has often had trouble defining his place in the world, but most of his ambitions seem to stem from a longing to make people proud. In his childhood, he had trouble in school and did not forge relationships easily, so his father was often too hard on him and would not give him praise--not even when he started his own company. His longing to make his father and other people proud has, since those days, been omnipresent.
A more recent acquisition is fear: fear of what will happen to him, his company, and his status if he fails his high-level boss: Russom Sarleck, the top dog of Fernosi. This fear, even more so than appreciation, drives him to great lengths.
Mr. Campbell is a complex character. Therefore, he has many strengths, and many weaknesses. Here are his flaws: his fear drives him to do things that are beyond morals, just to earn respect, appreciation, and status. This isn't okay, as you may already know. He also puts too much stock in what other people think instead of focusing on what makes him happy.
Mr. Campbell, despite his political standing, doesn't entirely align with the government's opinion on Shudra and Chandala rights. He actually despises being such a slave to Sarleck and all the others and hopes that one day someone will do some good in the city-state.
Mr. Campbell is very good at making deals and utilizing marketing tactics. When he was younger (though this is not information he regularly divulges to others), he was an avid pianist and sometimes drew pictures for his friends. Another thing that usually is undisclosed to other people is that he is an excellent liar.
He's a businessman. He doesn't smile, and he most certainly does not have hobbies. However, before all that, he was a piano player and talented with a pencil.

Was in Vaishya schooling system since he was five and continued to be schooled until he was twenty-four.
None. His father wasn't interested in giving his son anything that would make him feel rewarded.
Name Meaning: Name Meaning: Rab is short for "Rabbi," or teacher. Malus means "bad" in Latin, proving his impure intent. Campbell means "crooked mouth," and might describe the way Rab speaks and how he acts crookedly and with a bit less wholehearted intentions.

Status
Wants to fit in with others (mainly subconsciously and under the influence of fear), so he typically keeps his political views obscured, but they are as follows: Mr. Campbell believes that the Chandalas are, whatever they've done, handled cruelly and that all social classes deserve a say despite the fact that he has trouble relating to the political standings of a Shudra or a Chandala. He thinks that the government uses fear to rule much too often.
Man, have you ever had anything better than a nice, juicy filet mignon?
Mr. Campbell has many possessions, but none of them actually mean that much to him. The only thing that he really cares all that much about losing is a collection of drawings from when he was younger that he keeps in a shoebox under his bed. Memories are all that matter to him besides appreciation and fear.
An animal that Mr. Campbell drew frequently in his childhood was a lonely-looking dog that used to go into his backyard every now and then.
Gray. Gray. Everything is Gray.
