Deeply insecure, his moustache generally throws people off, generally rather unscary, pretty useless when it comes to combat

Doesn't like 'heroes' by default because he's a "supervillain"

Had such a mediocre childhood that he decided to become a hero to feel impressive, realizing that being a hero takes too much effort he became a villain. He constantly tried to take over the world and became more of a annoying little to the government rather than public enemy number 1.
