Aidan peeked out of the small window at the top of the door. "It's just some guy and his…fox." He told Emma.
Aidan peeked out of the small window at the top of the door. "It's just some guy and his…fox." He told Emma.
"Oh, good," Emma said, relieved. She puts the remnants of the glass beaker back together and started cleaning off the salt splatters with a wet paper towel.
Ruby regretted ever helping Emma.
(lol poor Ruby)
Aidan walked back over to help Emma clean up. He conjured a giant roll of paper towels and began ripping them off, wiping at the salt.
Somehow Ms. Hawkins started talking about college life. How, woman?! HoW?! Ruby wanted to smack her face in a wall, instead, she continued smiling and nodding.
(Vix is a fox.)
Zack knocked on the door before trying to open it, but found it rather hard to budge. He tried knocking again.
(oh sorry)
(Done with the salt mess yet? XD Ruby is dead inside.)
Eleanor lifted some tables back into place. “What do we do about the guy at the door?”
Aidan shrugged. "Let him in I guess. He doesn't seem too harmful."
“Or he could report this situation to the teachers,” she said, walking to the door. “Hi.”
"Eleanor, what the fuck are you doing?" Emma whispered. "Do you want detention for two weeks?!"
Flora whispered, "Please don't swear."
“It’ll be fine,” she muttered back. “More or less.”
"Right, sorry Flora," she apologized. "But Eleanor, how can you know for sure? If he's from Zavoem, he's probably going to sell us out! No offense to Zavoem, but their clan is literally the Aestherian word for 'cunning',"
"Heya, mind if I… what on earth?"
The place was covered in salt and residue. No wonder the girl had been stalling!
"You guys need some help, I see?"
“We’re okay… sometimes. Actually, you have a point, but whatever. Do we need help?”
Aidan nodded to the stranger, grinning. "Gladly. Just to let you know, I didn't do this. It was her." He pointed to Emma.
Thatcher had eventually finished with the shards of glass, and he set them in a neat pile on one of the lab tables.
"Thanks, Thatcher," Emma said gratefully. "And Aidan, please shut up,"
Flora sprayed perfume around the room, the air smelled horrid.
Eleanor reeled back a little at the sudden smell of perfume.
