Liam chuckled, "Great, thanks again, Madeline."
Liam chuckled, "Great, thanks again, Madeline."
"It was no problem. I always help the Taylors however I can," Doctor Willows stated, shooting a quick grin at Harper, who winked and grinned back.
"So… When you say I can leave tonight, when, exactly, is that?" Kasey asked, looking over at Madeline.
"Well…" Madi sighed, turning back to her patient. "I think you're good to go as soon as you'd like."
"Seriously? Thanks, Madi! You're the best," Kasey exclaimed with a grin.
Liam chuckled and shook his head a little, “Wanna get going then, Kasey? Or not?”
"Yes, please. Let's go home," Kasey said, smiling as she nodded.
"I'll give you all a ride back, if you want," Madeline offered.
“Could you? That would be great.” Liam said, giving Madeline a smile.
"It's no problem," Madeline assured them. "Help Kasey up and we can go now."
Liam nodded and slipped an arm around Kasey, "Want me to carry you or not?"
Kasey looked up at Liam, her eyebrows furrowed and lips slightly pursed in thought.
"Well… Seeing how I can't really walk very fast at the moment, carrying me would probably be quicker," she mused. Blinking the thoughtfulness out of her eyes, she focused back on Liam. "So, I guess you can…"
Liam grinned, "Okay then.." He gently picked Kasey up bridal style, careful not to hurt her in the process.
Kasey bit her lip, holding in a giggle. She must still be loopy from the sleeping gas, this wouldn't normally entertain her so much.
Harper shook his head in amusement and held his hand out for Madeline, who gladly took it. They headed out to the van together, waiting for the other couple to follow.
Liam followed, being careful not to hurt Kasey, "You alright there Kase?" He asked, looking down at her with a small but concerned smile.
"Yup! I'm good!" Kasey assured him with a smile.
Madeline fell back to walk beside Liam, taking Harper with her since they were still attached by their hands.
"I think she's probably still a little loopy from the sleeping gas," she explained softly, glancing down at the younger woman.
Liam chuckled, "Good to see her smiling though, sleeping gas or no." He said to Madeline, giving her a small smile.
"Yeah… I'm glad you're helping her with all of this," Madeline said as they walked out the door.
“I’d help her with anything she needed help with.” Liam said, shrugging a shoulder.
"I can hear you two, you know," Kasey chuckled, looking up at Liam with a smile.
"Hush, Kasey. Fall back asleep," Madeline laughed.
Liam chuckled, “At least you know Kaswy, that’s the main thing.”
"Uh-huh. And I thank you for it," Kasey giggled.
"Okay, love birds. We're at the van, now," Harper sighed, shaking his head as Madeline unlocked it with a chuckle.
“Oi! Don’t call us love birds when you two were holding hands a second ago and making out.” Liam teased, grinning.
Harper snorted and grumbled, "Yeah, yeah. Shuddup…"
"Come on, you two. Get in, already," Madi sighed.
Liam grinned and stuck his tongue out at both the older adults as he got in the van, placing Kasey next to him.
"You're all being ridiculous," Kasey chuckled, shaking her head. "Be nice to each other."
"I am being nice!" Harper insisted as he climbed into the passenger's seat.
“So am I! It’s just friendly banter.” Liam protested, still smiling.
"Sure it is," Kasey laughed, reaching over to peck Liam on the cheek.
"All right, let's go," Madeline said with a smile, rolling her eyes as she started the car.
Liam wrapped an arm around Kasey, pulling her closer as if she would disappear at any moment.
