Katya glanced around, she debated making a run for it. Her body posture changed to a more antsy position, like the girl was going to bolt at any moment.

Luna was just sitting back watching, children weren't something she could handle.

Nathan walked closer to Katya "I dont like it here." He said to her

Katya nodded and watched everyone else warily, "I don't like it either. Let's go."

He walked beside her and started walking towards the door quietly

Katya tried to be quiet as to not get caught. However the hooded assassin saw them leaving, unknown to the pair.

Luna looked to Sparrow and said quietly, "T-two of them are trying to go."

Cyrus had stooped down to Vida's level, and now he was just holding her while she cried.
"We have to find out who did this…" he muttered through gritted teeth, "We just have to…"
He heard Luna's last comment and looked up.
"Hey, kids… We're not here to do anything bad to you. What you experienced? I think that might be the same thing we went through, except we didn't get away until we were much older."

Katya looked to Cyrus and frowned. She was all jittery and could feel her lips trying to open, "Youdon'tknowthatforsuresocanwepleasejustgo?"

"Why don't we find that out?" he asked, trying to sound as calm as possible,"We won't touch you. We just want to talk about what happened. Hey… we can at least get you some food and water. It would be wrong of us to let you go as tired as you look."

Katya backed away further. Her stomach growled slightly at the mention of food. She hadn't even realized how hungry she was. Katya shook her head insistently, everything was mean and scary and not nice. The people looked nice, but that didn't mean they were nice. Katya had begun muttering under her breath her lips moving at an extremely fast rate.

"Well, I know I'm hungry. Show me the way to the food." Esmea needed food if she was going to heal faster. She watched the other kids shaking and terrified, honestly she took pleasure in seeing the rude girl who left her so scared. She did warn her, but no, she decided not to listen. "Everyone else have fun figuring this out, because I'm not a part of it." Uriah lead Esmea down the hall to where all the food was.

Cyrus sighed.
"Well, Vida… do you want to get something to eat?"
She shook her head, still crying. She was obviously shaken about something. He just couldn't tell what.
"Let's get you some water at least… might help you stop and breathe a bit."
She nodded and wrapped her arms around his neck. Cyrus picked her up and carried her to the cafeteria like she was a baby koala or some other similar animal clinging to its mother.

Nathan whimpered when the man took Vida and moved even closer to Katya.

Sparrow sighed and looked at the 3 un wavering children. "If you dont want to est downstairs with the rest of us, I can have a messenger being some simple bread and water here." She said quietly and walked 2 steps out of the room. Calling her favorite spy, she gave her some instructions then came back inside, waiting for the girl to return

"How do we know the food isn't poisoned?" Kyle asked, looking at Sparrow with a small frown.

Sparrow shrugged "trust me. If we had wanted to hurt you, we already would have. A skilled assassins guild like ours wouldn't talk to you guys like this if we wanted to hurt you." She said simply. She leaned against the walls and felt a pair of eyes on her. Looking up, she saw the little boy looking st her.

Uriah and Esmea walked back into the room with two trays of food. She went and sat on the ground, while Uriah went to one of the small tables that were in the room. Esmea began to eat and ate it so fast she didn't have time to process what she was actually doing.

Cyrus grabbed a bottle of water and a chocolate chip cookie for Vida, still holding her. He walked back into the room where the others were. Good. The kids didn't try to make any more efforts to leave.
He put Vida down, and they sat near Uriah. The girl had calmed down just a little bit. She was still sniffling, but this was improvement from the sobbing. Vida took a few small sips of the water. Cyrus pushed the cookie towards her, and she looked up at him in question.
"I dunno… something about chocolate can lift your mood a bit. I figured if anything, that might be what you wanted."
Vida nodded, said a very quiet "Thank you," and nibbled at the edge of the cookie.

Katya looked at the food warily. She stayed further back, the food could be poisoned, or they were lying. So many things could be wrong with this.

Vida looked over at Katya. "Hey… Don't be scared," she said, still shaken and tearful, but mostly okay, "Why don't you come over here?"

Kat took a small step towards Vida, "Isitsafe?"

Vida nodded. She broke off the half of the cookie that she hadn't bitten off of and held it out for Katya to have. Cyrus gave a very soft, slight smile, then turned to Katya. He wasn't going to say anything yet. He didn't want her to think he was trying to trick her or anything.

Katya took the half of a cookie hesitantly. Her first bite was slow and small, but once she knew the cookie was safe she ate the rest down quickly.

Cyrus slowly moved his gaze over to Katya. "What did you say your name was again? And when and if you want to tell me, I'd like to know how you got here."

"I'm Katya," she said quietly in a whisper. She figured she could trust him at the moment, "And we climbed up a wall."

Cyrus laughed a little. "Well, that's not exactly what I meant, but it's good to know where our security concerns are. Do you know who those bad men were that took you? Did they say anything about where they were taking you? I'm Cyrus, by the way, if I didn't tell you already."

Katya shook her head to all of his questions. She didn't know anything really, she didn't want to know really, "They were just bad men."
