Cyrus peered over. "You can give it a shot, my guy. Just don't be disappointed when she doesn't give us anything to go off of."
He sighed and threw another swing at the training dummy. The training blade splintered and snapped in two.
"Dammit…" he muttered, tossing the half he still held aside.
"Cyrus? I have to show you some designs." Sparrow called, coming up to the training room. She heard sounds of multiple feet and and stopped short "hello? Is someone there?" She asked
Nathan froze in fear as his eyes welled up with tears "they found us!" He whispered

Luna nodded and walked over to grab her throwing knives from the target, “Y-Yeah.”
Katya looked to Vida, “People people. We don’t know why she was locked up, so we can’t jump to conclusions. Wait what Nathan?”
"Sparrow, what's up?" Cyrus asked. He tossed the splintered blade aside and made his way towards her.
"You hear something?"
Vida froze up where she was pressed against the wall. "Shhh…" she whispered, trying to make sure her breathing was quiet, "Walk away… slowly."
She tiptoed backwards a bit, ready to start running again if it was needed.
Katya tiptoed away slowly holding the tools she took close to her. She had very shallow panicked breathing.
Vida turned around to start walking away at a faster pace, but her foot caught on her untied shoelace, and she hit the floor with a loud thud. Great. They, whoever they were ,would probably find the kids now, and it was Vida's fault.
Katya froze and looked around weariedly. They had to have heard that, maybe she could make a run for it and make it out before they caught her.
Esmea had caught up with the other kids, and when she saw them she crossed her arm in annoyance. Mostly because of the girl earlier. Rolling her eyes she walked past them and into the training room. "Hello again." She smiled and did a quick wave. Walking over to the weapons she put on her specialty made gloves that were made of a flexible metal. She reached over and grabbed two huge ninja stars. The gloves were to keep her hands safe while she used them. "I'll be taking my leave now."
Luna grabbed Esmea on the shoulder. Watching as she walked into the training room not realising anyone was still there, “O-Oh no you don’t. Y-you look worse than earlier.”
Esmea swung the star at Luna while jumping back. She didn't actually want to kill anyone, she just wanted to be free. "Don't touch me." She glared up at Luna, and that's when Uriah stepped in. He bent down to her level, which was dangerous because if she decided to attack he wouldn't be able to move out of the way in time. "Listen, we just want to make you feel better. Those cuts are pretty bad, let us heal you." He threw his arms open. "Then you can leave."
Luna dodged the star with ease and kept a close eye on the girl. She had her throwing knife in hand in case she tried to do anything. She didn't like the words Uriah was saying, but if that's what calmed this firecracker down then so be it.
Cyrus stood back. He was raring to pounce, whether that meant he would attack with word or blade. If she dared try to hurt his friends, that would be it. But he knew himself too well and kept a good twenty feet between himself and everyone else.
After a while of glaring her facial features softened. She was a cute girl, with a big attitude. "Fine." Was all she could say. Although her attitude settled down, her body seemed to keep up its guard. She kept the stars close to her. She was best with the kind of weapons that could be used up close but could also be thrown if she needed it to be. "But you have to do it in here." She wasn't about to be lead to some room where she gets locked up again, plus the other kids were out there. She wasn't as cold hearted as everyone thinks she just has a big personality, she says what on her mind and has lost trust in most people.
Cyrus' stance eased up a bit. He was a little surprised that she was now open to negotiating.
"You came from a guild, didn't you? I don't really care which one… just whether you did or not. If you're just trying to get away from all guilds, I don't need to know."
Luna didn't ease up, but she was glad that the girl was going to at least let them help. If the girl had her guard up, so would Luna.
"No, I just know how to use a weapon out of nowhere." She rolled her eyes. She thought it was a dumb question. "Now, I'm keeping one of these on me in case one of you attacks, I'm not about to be tricked." All adults were the same, untrustworthy. She set one down and walked over to a table and sat on top of it. "Now heal me."
"Well, that just so happens to be the thing I'm good at," Cyrus muttered, "Lucky for you, I always carry a few little healing supplies around to help with training accidents and such."
He went back to pick up his bag and started unzipping it as he walked back towards her.
She watched him closely as he approached her. Uriah just stood next to her the whole time in case something happens. "You'll have to stay a few days at least so you can heal up." Uriah told her and looked to Luna who was still on guard. "Just hurry up. I'll heal fast so it will only have to stay about two days."
"Only time heals wounds, missy… not willpower or any of that bullshit," Cyrus murmured, grabbing some salve and bandages from the bag and starting to fix up her wounds.
Luna nodded, her guard wasn't going to disappear. Sure the girl said she would stay, but that doesn't mean she will.
