Blue hopped forward and hugged her legs, though it still screeched and hooted, its voice echoing down the hall.
“What is going on, here?” An angry voice asked.
Blue hopped forward and hugged her legs, though it still screeched and hooted, its voice echoing down the hall.
“What is going on, here?” An angry voice asked.
Sage jumped when Blue hugged her legs and then gain when she heard that irritated voice. She actually put an arm down to cover Blue as she looked to the doorway.
Werry was standing there, his arms tightly crossed. His hair seemed singed and burnt. And a very tiny monster was clinging to his leg.
Sage swallowed. "Uh, Werry!" She gave a nervous smile. "It's-it's nothing, Blue and I just had a bit of a disagreement about the nuggets. Aw, that little monster is even smaller than Blue! Hello!" She waved to the tiny thing as she rambled. "We totally didn't men to disturb you. Did you do something new to your hair? Somethings burning–"
Blue hooted loudly at Werry from Sage’s arms, its eyes wide. Werry’s expression didn’t change from a blunt anger.
“Disagreement,” He repeated with a scowl. “Right.”
"Yes, a disagreement." Sage nodded eagerly, desperate for him to understand. "That's all it was. Blue wanted me to feed it more nuggets but I had already given it about 10 or 15 and I really don't know how many you usually feed it and I didn't wanna over feed it so I told I Blue that it'd have to save some for lunch and dinner and it got upset and started hooting loudly and I got upset and tried to get it to stop and then it started screeching and then you came…" Sage didn't take a breath until her explanation was finished.
“You fed Blue too much. That’s why it wants more.” Werry sighed and shook his head. “Whatever. Just keep it down. I’m working.” He lifted up the tiny pocket-sized monster off of his pant leg and turned out of the kitchen.
"Um, O-okay! See you later….I guess." She sighed as he left. Sage set Blue down and sighed once more. "He hates me…."
((brb, dinner))
(Kk. Be back sooooon!)
Blue hooted softly, hugging her legs again. Hoot hoot, it went consolingly.
((Sorry that took so long, I had to clean dinner dishes….))
Sage gave Blue's head a soft pat. "Thanks buddy…" she muttered. It was the reason she'd faced Werry's anger yet again, but she couldn't stay mad at the little creature even if she wanted to.
(Oof. Oh! You’ve been invited to an RP!)
Sage gave Blue's head a soft pat. "Thanks buddy…" she muttered. It was the reason she'd faced Werry's anger yet again, but she couldn't stay mad at the little creature even if she wanted to.
Blue gently grabbed her hand, hooting and kissing it gently. It hooted consolingly, tugging on her hand.
Tilting her head, she looked him over. "Where… where are we going?" She asked.
Blue hooted in response, tugging her along. It tugged her out of the kitchen into the hall, and to the right.
"Blue." She started. "Please… I don't want to interrupt Werry anymore…He'll be furious with me…" She said as she was tgged along.
"Blue." She started. "Please… I don't want to interrupt Werry anymore…He'll be furious with me…" She said as she was tgged along.
Blue hooted consolingly, taking her farther right. It turned and pushed open a door. Werry’s bedroom. Blue took her inside after struggling to open the door.
Sage couldn't help the relief she felt to be back in the safety of Werry's room. She smiled a bit. Oh, thank you, Blue. I could use a nap.. she thought. Her night in the chair hadn't been very comfortable.
Blue dragged her to the bed, which was still touseled from when Werry slept in it. Blue pushed on her legs, making her sit down on the bed, hooting.
"Can't I sleep on the other side?" She asked. Why'd Blue have to treat her like she was equal to Werry, she wasn't…. How would he like it if he came back to her lying on his side, in his sheets, with his monster?
(Werry’s bed is against the wall)
Blue hopped into her lap, hooting softly and pushing on her chest. It wanted to lay down and sleep.
Sage sighed and laid down, hold Blue close to her chest as she pulled the sheets over the two of them.
Blue snuggled into her hug, wrapping its tiny arms around her with a soft hoot. It dozed off slowly, its eyes shutting.
Sage, she remained awake, listening to the soft breaths of the creature in her arms. Sleep didn't come as easy to her, and sometimes, she didn't want it to.
