I'm feeling super anxious today and I hate feeling anxious, I'm hungry and can't eat because my anxiety causes me to feel like I'm going to barf all over the place. The only think I can do is drink water, and anxiety makes me super thirsty and all

I have things to do today. I had marching band this morning, I have a flute lesson in an hour, I have to bake my cookies and I need to fix flipbooks, decorate, and make sure all the music is printed out. My head kind of hurts and flute lessons over Skype make me anxious but I'm a little happy to have a list of things to do and I'm looking forward to finishing my cookies and decorating the things

what I did today:

  • spend like an hour slowly pulling apart my kneaded eraser and letting the fluffy bits fall into a pile, so now I have a kneaded eraser, but fluffy.

they have referred to me as "the slightly messed up yiffual person" in those exact words and i don't know what they mean by this i think they might actually think I'm a furry and not one of the good ones either

In the 1800s if you died in winter, they'd store you in a communal vault until you could be buried in spring when the ground thawed. Nowadays there are some places that have laws against storing bodies like that so pretty much everywhere you're buried anyway or kept in a fridge if they don't have the technology to break the ground. Pretty neat

Intrusive thoughts suck and I hate them and if I expose my wrists to anything they'll be (tw blood, violence, death)

In some books I read people will walk up to someone and just ask 'Want to be my friend?' and then they're just friends. Is that how it works? Do people actually do that? Is this why I have exactly 2 friends? What? I'm confused.
