"I could always let you borrow Lucky," he joked, still resting his chin on her shoulder. He was comfy and tired but had told himself that he would leave when Jynna fell asleep as soon as she said that she was all alone.
"I could always let you borrow Lucky," he joked, still resting his chin on her shoulder. He was comfy and tired but had told himself that he would leave when Jynna fell asleep as soon as she said that she was all alone.
"I was thinking more on the lines of a cat, Lucky has too much energy." She popped a few more Cheetos in her mouth before closing the bag and setting it on the ground, resting her head against his lightly.
He chuckled. "Can't argue with that one. Even I have trouble keeping her under control, and I have the energy of a five-year-old."
She laughed and nodded in agreement, "You have the energy of a five year old, I have the brain of a five year old."
He chuckled and turned his head slightly to kiss the sliver of skin exposed along her shoulder.
Jynna hummed in response to the kiss, "What was that for?" She asked, not moving away in the least.
"Because I can," he murmured, his lips brushing over her skin. His eyes were half-way closed from contentment.
She dropped her shoulder down slightly and smiled, "It's nice." her eyes closing partially as well.
He snaked an arm around her, lazily running his fingers up and down her waist. "Mmhm."
A shiver ran down her spine and she moved closer to him, the smile staying on her face.
His lips quirked up as he felt her move closer to him. Just to see what she'd do, he paused in his movements.
For a moment, she did nothing about him stopping the movements. Eventually though, she moved closer to him, faintly nudging him with her shoulder to see if he was going to start again.
He chuckled and kissed her shoulder again before resuming. His fingers eventually pushed the side of her shirt up a little, and he brushed against the skin of her waist. He buried his face in the crook of her neck.
She smiled when he started again and reached up a hand, tangling it into his hair as the shiver rushed down her spine again.
"You're so perfect, it's unbelievable…" He whispered against her skin, closing his eyes as she tangled her fingers in his hair.
"I'm fairly certain I'm not perfect," Jynna hummed in response, starting to play with his hair. She twirled strands between her fingers and sighed softly, messing his hair up even more.
"Mmm…" He kissed her neck softly. "You're too perfect for me," he amended. He then kissed the base of her neck. He couldn't get enough, and her fingers through his hair were more comforting than he had ever thought possible. It was such a simple thing, but it made a slight shiver run down his spine.
When he kissed her neck she tilted her head back and she couldn't stop a sigh from escaping. "Why am I perfect though?" She asked softly, her eyes closing completely and her other arm snaking around him so she could pull herself closer.
He continued to place feather light kisses along her neck. Then he finally answered her when he reached just under her jaw. "Beautiful, funny, kind, awesome, adventurous, adorable…" He listed off some other attributes to describe her. His hand slipped under the hem of her shirt. His fingers ran over the skin of her belly just above her pants' waistband.
A light smile appeared on her face and she ran her fingers over his side lightly, "If we're basing perfectness off of those traits, then you are better than perfect." She felt herself get goosebumps from his hand brushing over her skin and she didn't hide it, her heartbeat got a little faster as well.
"Doubtful. I'm about as flawed as they get." He moved his kisses towards the sensitive skin behind her ear, still speaking softly. His voice turned a tad husky. The hand on her stomach raised a tiny bit, his thumb running circles over her skin.
Her breathing caught for a moment and she started messing with his hair even more, a sigh escaping her lips, "Not true, and from the time I've spent with you so far, you can't say that."
He sighed and moved his face back to her shoulder. He didn't believe that his words weren't true, but there was no point in arguing about that. He paused his movements yet again. "I should stop…" he murmured. And he should.
"I should try to get some sleep.." She replied softly and reluctantly, running her fingers through his hair before gently tracing down the side of his face and touching some of his piercings.
On a whim, he lightly grabbed her waist and pulled her onto his lap, face to face. He didn't know what he was doing, but he didn't want to leave her just yet. So, still just running on a whim, he leaned forward to place soft kisses on her collarbones.
