Danny mumbled the lyrics along, running his hands over his hair.
Danny mumbled the lyrics along, running his hands over his hair.
Alex listened quietly.
"Alright, fuck it." Danny got up, going over to the CD player. "I can't listen to this shit right now, hold on." He muttered, digging through his CD collection to pull out replacement music.
Alex opened his eyes, looking over at Danny.
He pulled out a disc, looking it over. "How's the Dead Milkmen sound?" He looked up at Alex, holding it up. "This one is.. uh.. Death Rides a Pale Cow. Good album- it's like 20-ish songs? But they're like… a minute-ish each."
Alex opened his eyes. "Yeah, sure." he replied. He was a bit tired, and didn't really have a preference for what they listened to.
"Sick." He switched out the songs, electing to instead sit by the milk crates instead of the couch.
He curled up a little bit, eyes closed.
Danny looked over. "You goin' to sleep?"
He shrugged. "I don't know."
"Yeah. You want a blanket?" He tilted his head into the direction of a cracked, plastic laundry hamper full of folded blankets.
"Sure." He replied, reaching out and grabbing a blanket.
Danny grabbed his own, wrapping it around himself. "Cool, cool.." He mumbled. "Are you- uh.. hungry..?"
He shook his head. "Mm. Not really." He replied softly.
"'Kay." Danny responded rather plainly, actually. He would've eaten, but chances were that Alex didn't want to see that.
Alex was starting to fall asleep. The curse had acted up the day before, so he was still tired from that.
Danny turned down the volume of his music when he saw Alex beginning to doze off. If he was falling asleep here, he must've been tired.
Alex did indeed fall asleep, curled up on Danny's couch with a blanket tossed over him.
Danny shut off the music and walked into the kitchen. He rooted around for a over-half-eaten sleeve of saltines. Danny hopped up on the counter, beginning to eat. Outside the sky was growing dark.
Alex kept sleeping, curled on the couch.
Danny crunched away on the crackers, still trying to not make much noise before hopping off the counter. He paced a little bit in the tiny kitchen,
(do we wanna timeskip?)
Alex shifted a little, still somehow sleeping.
(yeah, please! do you want me to handle it?)
(yes please! I gtg sorry)
Danny didn't really sleep. Normally he'd sleep on the couch, but that was a little occupied at the moment. The werewolf had caught maybe half an hour of sleep, sitting up, with his head leaning back against the couch.
