"I think I just wanna walk around still. Not much shit to do here unless you're like- six. Or somethin' along those lines." Danny looked over to Alex to gauge his response.

"Yeah, of course." he replied with a soft laugh.

"Yeah- uh- yeah. Just gonna walk, I think. There are some cool spots around here." Danny chewed on his knuckle, his pace slowing a substantial amount.

"Alright." he said, staying beside Danny with a faint smile.

"So.." Danny trailed off, glancing around the park. He rubbed his eyes. They felt a little dry from his crying stint earlier, but otherwise he was fine. "There's a tiny little pond- or, like, a dry pond-hole, I guess- over here. It's pretty cool, if you wanna check it out."

Alex nodded a little bit. "Alright." he replied. "Lead the way."
