August bounded after her. "Stop ignoring me! This isn't funny!", he snapped at her as he sat down in the seat next to her.
August bounded after her. "Stop ignoring me! This isn't funny!", he snapped at her as he sat down in the seat next to her.
She ignored him and looked out the window as the bus pulled away from their stop.
"Kate!", he yelled. He put his hands on her shoulders and shook her lightly. "Please!" August gave her a pained look. What was wrong with her? This joke has gone to far.
"Stop it!" she cried, recoiling from his touch. "I don't know you!"
(Would you want to join a one on one roleplay?)
(Sure!)
"Yes you do!", August yelled at her. His eyes filled and he was shaking. "You were kidnapped. I was so worried about you! Why do you have to play with my feelings like this?!"
(Awesome! It's called The Man and His Assistant. I'd really appreciated if you joined.)
She looked him in the eyes, and now it was painfully clear that they weren't their natural color he had always admired. "I. Don't. Know you," she snarled.
(Could you send me the link please?)
"That's it! You need help! What did they do to you?!" August was afraid. Maybe Kate really was gone.
(Sure! Just give me a second.)
"They? Who is they? What are you talking about? I don't need help."
(Thanks. By the way I'm about to go, but we can start roleplaying tomorrow.)
"I'm taking you to the hospital! They must have hit you in the head or something!" Please don't let her forget me forever.
(Okay, sounds good!)
"No!" she shouted, moving further away from him.
The bus stopped at the school and August held her down so she wouldn't go. It was a good thing that the hospital was only a few stops away.
"Hey!" Kate fought his grip angrily. "Let me go!"
August continued to hold on tight until the bus doors closed and it started moving again. He let go, but kept a close eye on her.
She scowled at him, breathing heavily. "What was that for?"
"You don't know what's going on, but I'm trying to help you.", he said casually. I just need to find a way to get her to the hospital.
"We're going to be late for school!" she retorted angrily.
"We're not going to school!" The hospital was more important.
"Why?" she demanded. "I'm perfectly fine, and I don't even know you!"
"That's the problem! You do… or did, know me!"
"I've never seen you before!" she retorted, trying to stand up and move past him.
He blocked her from standing up. "I have proof!"
She narrowed her eyes. "I don't care. Let me through!"
August kept a firm hold on her while her searched his camera roll for a selfie of them together.
She sat back against her seat, crossed her arms, and looked out the window.
