Zev shook his head. "Then we'll head back to the ship, since I'm in charge." He replied, and began steering her in that direction.
Zev shook his head. "Then we'll head back to the ship, since I'm in charge." He replied, and began steering her in that direction.
She scowled and kept her arms crossed over her chest, "You said you wanted to see the city though, rust bucket." After that comment though, she went silent and Somewhat complied with walking towards the ship, trying not to stumble too much.
"Yes, and I can do that later, when you're sober and not calling me a rust bucket. I'll have you know that there is no part of me that is rusty, thank you." he said, doing a very, very close approximation of an offended human. Or maybe it wasn't mimicry, this time. Could it be that he actually was offended?
"I'm perfectly sober, tinhead," She replied, wrinkling her nose and shrugging as she caught herself once again from stumbling, "Though I would like you to know, you're getting really good at sounding human."
"I am not made of tin!" he exclaimed. "But thank you." he replied, raising his eyebrows a little.
Thesa shrugged, "I don't know what you're made of, copper boy." Without another word, she continued back towards the ship, mumbling something about needing another drink.
"I'm not copper, either!" Zev exclaimed, looking affronted. "So stop calling me things!"
"Hey, it's fun though," She said with a laugh, turning and walking backwards to talk to him, "I like the reaction I get from you, cog brain."
"I have no cogs in my brain!" Zev replied. "None at all! How do you know so little about Androids that you would think that?"
"Chill out sparky, don't get your wires in bundle," She said with a laugh, shaking her head, "I actually know quite a lot about Androids, I'm just poking fun at you since I can get a reaction."
Zev sighed. "If you say so. Now come along, we need to get to the ship." he kept walking.
Thesa wrinkled her nose but followed his orders, starting to hum a song to herself as she followed him and focused on not tripping or running into anyone.
Zev continued to lead her back towards the ship, expressionless. Of course he was expressionless. He was an android, he didn't show emotion unless he needed to.
"So, sparkplug, what do you want to do once we get back to the ship?" She asked, already knowing exactly what she was going to do. She was going to make a stop in the building quick and sweet talk Harlin or Teagan into letting her take a few more drinks from their fridge.
"Nothing." Zev replied. "I don't have wants, remember? Not the way you would understand them, anyway." He blinked slowly.
"Well, can you try to explain what your wants are like then?" She asked, looking up at a building and frowning as she tried to remember if this was the one they had come out of.
"I…" Zev trailed off, thinking. "Not really." he replied with a shrug.
Thesa looked over at him, though her eyes weren't really focused on him, "There has to be some way to explain them. I mean, they're just what you want. It's simple."
"No, because I'm not even supposed to have wants in the first place." Zev replied. "So."
"But you do?" She pressed, eventually deciding that this was the right building and walking inside to get back to her ship.
"…yes." Zev replied slowly. He shrugged a little as he led her into the ship, closing the doors behind them.
Thesa was intrigued now. Still slightly drunk and not completely in control of her mouth, but intrigued anyway. "How does that work? You're still an Android, but..you have wants like a human would? What about feelings?"
Zev blinked slowly, looking at her. "I don't know." he replied. "That's the only thing about myself that I don't really know."
"Well then Alexi must, and so to Alexi we must go s soon as possible," She decided with a final nod before walking off into the ship, "Now, I need another drink or two."
Zev nodded, then rolled his eyes. "Thesa…" he trailed off, and followed her. "Please don't get drunk. I do not want to have to deal with you having a hangover in the morning."
