Listen, chum, we all have to write tough scenes in our stories, and we've all probably done some basic research into it, whether it's tough due to violence, trauma, or emotional distress. It's a total cop-out (and the mark of an immature writer) to refuse to work on writing the scene better and instead try to hand it off to someone else and have them do all the work, solely because you couldn't bother to read up a bit on trauma and sexual assault. It's just incredibly phony.
I really don't appreciate the whole "yeah I'll work on it thanks" and then being asked the next day if I'd be willing to write it. It's faker than Dolly Parton and infinitely more disgusting.
Agreed, it's really goddamn phony.

how DARE you insult the queen of country
What Im trying to say is if someone could help me with what to do better, what to take out, etc. I am not good at wording things. Basically just giving me advice on what can be improved.
Agreed, it's really goddamn phony.
Finally someone said it
Thank you, I've been waiting for a chance to say that phrase for months.
we did. we gave you advice
Don't act like you're just asking for advice
You literally made an entire thread asking someone to write the entire scene for you
That's not advice
Besides, I hate talking about that sorta stuff irl, let alone in writing, where potentially thousands of people can see it. I do my research and yet I can't write it well enough to make it sound believable
Then maybe don't write it? If you're too uncomfortable to do research on a topic, maybe–just maybe–cut it from your story?
Especially since we know you're underage. You shouldn't be writing a detailed rape scene to begin with
They are giving you advice
Do some damn research into how trauma effects people, specifically sexual trauma. Think about how someone would feel in that situation. Research is such a fundamental thing that all writers have to do to get an accurate portrayal of something we aren't familiar with. Do you think I knew the ins and outs of most of the psychology shit I'm writing about? No. I researched it all and gathered information that would help me write what I want to portray.
then dont write it????

Listen to my other half, and the others

I'm so sorry
that sounds sarcastic and I would like to remind you that this woman started a nonprofit charity to give kids books for free because her dad couldnt read and she swore that if he could he could have taken on the world and also that she plays like 13 instruments and has written so many songs and also 9-5 slaps
Okay that sounds better, but I dont want to seem like a coward for not writing it
(I know i cant win so might as well)
Especially since we know you're underage. You shouldn't be writing a detailed rape scene to begin with
I write for a more mature audience
it's not cowardly to not wrote a scene that you know you would fuck up. it's really not

It's genuinely not, I'm not insulting her, just her boobs. I don't know a lot about her but she seems fine. But her boobs make me uncomfy

I write for a more mature audience
You shouldn't be writing to an audience more mature than you.
Is there anything else you have a problem about with me? Geniunely asking….
