I was a homeschooled lass.
I did get to do a lot of physical stuff but I have no idea what's up with "gym" and/or "PE," literally none. These are foreign concepts to me.
Funnily enough, I now work as a school custodian. Yesterday there was a big event happening at the school I clean, and all the rooms were in use, including the gym. I saw giant ropes suspended from the gym ceiling and my confusion was so plain that the guy supervising the ropes laughed and told me to give it a try.
I have been afraid of falling since I was a BABY. I am so utterly terrified of even the thought that I won't let people pick me up under any circumstances. Climbing such long ropes was something I'd never ever done before.
But I gave it a determined try. And I got to five knots down from the ceiling.
I think I'd like to do more and keep trying to defy my fear.

I JUST FELT LIKE RICKROLLING YOU ALL
Is it probably considered running away from your anxiety? Absolutely! Did I do so anyways? SURE DID!
