What do you mean?
What do you mean?
Pretty much I want proof that it is actually being measured by the same job and same times instead of all men and all women.
So just to clarify:
You want proof that two employees of company X, that are in the same position, get paid differently because one is a woman and one is a man?
Exactly!
T_T
My coworker, Ben, makes more money than me and we're both admins for the SAME bosses.
And are the same in all ways that apply to business. Education, job experience etc.
Have you worked more than Ben and had more education?
No two people are going to be the exact same. You are already damaging any data that could/would be collected. That would be impossible.
Have you worked more than Ben and had more education?
I've worked since I was 18, was hired first (lol I trained him), and have 1 more year of college education than him.
The only thing that Ben has on me is an extra course in computer science, which wasn't required for my business degree.
Yikes.

Tis how the world works
Maybe, maybe not. You know as well as I one instance means nothing in the vast populace. Any stats to back your claim?
My claim.
You mean do I have stats to prove my life?
No of course not. I want some stats from a source that is somewhat trustworthy that mean you are not an isolated incident.
There are stats in the article I posted? Charts and everything. Women, on average, make less than men. Can you prove that they don't?
I'll answer this later I have my final paper to finish asap.
Sorry I haven't been here. Computer broke. When I get my new one I'll be able to debate again.
I'm up for debates on anything at this point
Starbucks V Peets.
Waffle fries v Steak fries
Starbucks and waffle fries
same tho.
I'm thinking of doing some "Would you Rather" questions
That could be interesting…
Alright then
Let's start with an easy one:
Would you rather lose the ability to read or lose the ability to speak?
