You could tell your email and we could add everyone as contributors to the universe and then I think it works fine to edit other people's stuff in a universe you're contributing?
Google docs is also an option because its' free and I assume you all have google.
And I still believe keeping this thread as the information spreading and chatting tool is fine.
The only thing is that for email I use a pseudonym on here and my email has my real name/identity… but whatever, I'll think about it

I have 3 emails, one business, one personal, and one recreational. My business email is the only one with my very personal information, so I'll be using my recreational one if we do use google docs. Also, it's not that hard to create another google account. The only trouble would be remembering passwords and such (which can be written down).
The only problem with sharing on here is I think the Notebook.ai's system only allows contributors for Universes, nothing else. I'm not sure if @andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) updated the system to include Characters, Items, and Locations.
The solution to that problem would probably be to make a new Notebook.ai account with a new email, and share that email and the password through PMs so everyone can access the same account and information.
I like the "shared account" idea.
I can set up the shared account rather quickly, once my computer finishes updating.

Yeah, the password is gonna be rather simple but not enough so that we could get hacked. The hard part is gonna be PM-ing everyone the information and not leaving anyone else.
