Meg almost smirked as the woman finally revealed herself… and had to bite her tongue to keep from saying that she was the woman's worst nightmare. Especially in front of the guy, he seemed normal and she didn't want to freak him out too badly. ”Let’s just say I'm someone who specializes in dealing with people like that.” she told the Spinnetod, letting her look at her eyes and hoping for a bad enough scare for her to try to run.
The Spinnetod had a look of horror on her face and dropped her drunk act and pushed the guy forward at Meg to hopefully get away. from the Grimm as she ran. She could ambush another guy if she needed.
Meg caught him and helped him stand up again. ”Felix, get inside and keep this to yourself.” she instructed firmly but calmly for his benefit before running after her target.
Theo started after the wesen as well. She noticed that the friend the Grimm had brought was a male so when he had caught up to her she dodged a bat swing and socked him in the mouth, causing him to woge as well. He soon found the Wesen on top of him, hoping to get in her last victim quickly as he held her mouth away from her with the studded bat
Meg was a little surprised when Theo got to the Spinnetod first but quickly caught up to them. She didn't want to hit Theo as she quickly kicked the woman in the stomach, aiming to knock her off the young man.
Theo hadn't gotten held up by the man flung at Meg but this did cause her to target him. He was sure glad when Meg caught up and kicked the Spinnetod off of him. He rolled back to his feet and readied himself as she stood back to her feet, seeming really desperate at this point. Even willing to kill a Grimm to survive, not that she realistically had a chance of killing Meg and feeding on Theo
”I’m giving you one chance to give up.” Meg told the woman, pointing the machete at her neck. Honestly, she didn't really want to kill her but she would if she had to and it didn't look like she was going to take the offer to surrender.
Theo was still a little stunned on the ground, having the wind knocked out of him but when he saw the woman start to lunge at Meg he locked his jaws around her ankle to interrupt her attack.
Meg jumped back to avoid the attempted lunge and swung the machete, hitting the woman's temple with the handle her weapon to knock her out as the Spinnetod stumbled.
The Wesen stumbled back and fell flat on her back, out cold. Theo let go of her ankle and stood back to her feet. "Well…that went well…considering."He said as he turned back to his human appearance "Umm…what are we gonna do now?"
”Yeah, it did. Thanks.” she nodded to him, slightly out of breath from running. She knelt down to check the woman's pulse. ”Well, only thing I can think of is turning her over to the cops. They’ll be able to tie her to the other two murders at least but they'll be confused as hell in the morning.” she said, standing back up. ”You got any better ideas?”
"Well…It's the only thing I can think of…it's for the best." He looked over to Meg "You're okay right?"
Meg nodded. ”I’m fine. Are you ok? She came pretty close to making you her last meal.” she pointed out.
He let out a breath he had been holding "Yeah…she didn't get me." he sighed "you got her off"
”Good.” Meg nodded. ”I’ve got some rope in one of the saddlebags on my bike we can tie her up with. Here, give me back the kanabo and I’ll grab the rope. Can you call the cops?” she asked.
"Of course." he handed back the studded bat and dialed the 911 "Hello? Yes this is Theo Sutton and we an officer to take in a deranged woman…" Theo started to say as he looked back over to Meg "I'm fine the woman has been subdued."
Meg took both weapons and ran them over to her bike, hiding them before grabbing the rope. Before heading back she quickly untied her messenger bag and slung it over her shoulder. A part of her was a little nervous but she brushed aside the feeling as just being silly. She couldn't have been the first Grimm to work with a Wesen… Maybe not even the first to work with a Fuchsbau. ”Did they say how long they would take to get here?” she asked Theo as she got close.
"They said it would take about ten minutes. She didn't get you at all did she?" Theo asked. Wow that felt a bit weird to ask a Grimm if they were alright. Based on the stories he was told he would already be dead if she was anything like them.
Meg scoffed lightly as she started tying the woman's wrists and ankles. ”Of course. You get a better response time from the delivery boy.” she commented a little annoyed. She sighed a little and nodded at his concern. It was kind of strange but still nice. ”She never touched me. The most she did was shove that poor kid at me.”
"Good…I think he'll be fine." he nodded "And I think miss vampire spider is gonna be out for a while. You thwacked her pretty good."
”I hope so. He might be a little traumatized about bringing strange women back to his place for a while.” she joked a little, standing up. She smirked at the compliment. ”Thanks. And thanks for holding her back.” she said referring to the bite on the lady’s leg.
"No problem…we're just just gonna say we don't know how that happened alright?" Theo smiled a bit "Cause even if she says what happened who's gonna believe it?"
Meg shrugged. ”Well, I’ll have to admit to tying her up… I was thinking of saying I saw her attack either you or the guy she was with so I whacked her with my bag. My metal water bottle must have hit her and knocked her out.” she said ending her statement as if that was what actually happened and pulled out an old and dented refillable water bottle out of the corner of her bag.
"Alright…sounds belivable…oh shit I see the lights act as if we got attacked…which granted we technically did." he ruffled his hair a bit more before the officer cruiser pulled up. The officer got out and raised an eyebrow at the tied up woman "Ma'am…sir…I'm going to assume that this is the 'deranged woman'?"
”Yes, officer.” Meg nodded a little frantically, panting much heavier. ”I… I don't know what happened. I didn't mean to hurt her. She attacked us and I swung my bag to get away from her.” she told the policeman, fidgeting with her water bottle.
