(coolio so Meg looks great! I'm thinking an American city. Theo lived in the south for his early life but moved up north to get away from the organ exchange business, not really knowing that it is just as bad if not worse in the northern part of America)

@Hybrid-Is-tired

(Thankie kindly! Let's do Washington then! Maybe we start it by Meg needing something for more in depth studying from Theo's book shop. She gets there as Theo's closing shop. What happens from there would be up to you)

Theo was mentally worn out from a long day of costumers. The shop was still getting a good amount of costumers even with more information being available online. He was locking up the storefront as any other workers had gone home about an hour ago. After hearing the small click of the door lock bolting he started to put up posters for charity events that were soon to begin for the partnered county library system.

Meg had a pensive frown on her face as she drove her motorcycle to the nearest bookstore. This was a bit of an unusual case so far and she needed more information. The sooner the better too. She really wanted to take care of this tonight… Early tomorrow morning at the latest. Little shops like this one were better for her to look for what she needed as she would prefer to avoid breaking into the police station and risk getting arrested. Parking her bike in front, she headed for the door in a fast walk though she was disappointed when she discovered the door was already locked.

"Sorry we'll be open in the morning." Theo told whoever he heard walking in quite a quick pace to his shop "I can put a book on hold if you'd like." his back was to the individual and glanced back, still not really locking eyes with them.

”Look, buddy, this is kind of an emergency.” Meg told him firmly, rattling the door. ”I don't have time to come back in the morning. Just open the door.” she punctuated her statement by smacking her other hand against the door.

Theo sighed as a bit of his old southern accent slipped into his speech "Alrighty ma'am calm down I'll let you in." and with another small click the shop was open. He rubbed his eyes with his eyes on the floor. "Alright what do you need miss?"

Meg sighed in relief as he opened the door and walked in. ”Thanks. Sorry to bother you like that but it's urgent.” she apologized. She really hated being one of those kinds of people. Pushy and demanding. They really rubbed her the wrong way. ”I need to see some of the local information from about five years ago. Do you have computers here or just keep old newspapers?” she asked. Thanks to her dad's information she had a pretty good idea what she might be dealing with, she just wanted to be certain.

@Hybrid-Is-tired

"Yeah we have computers" Theo led her back to one of the store old desktops. "They're not new at all but they'll get the job done. What information you need miss?" His eyes were on the computer screen as it booted up

”As long as they work.” Meg said as she followed him. ”I need to see the obituaries from five years ago. If there's a way to narrow it down to the deaths of healthy men from mid- to late-twenties to early-thirties, that would be very helpful.” she told him, knowing how strange her request would sound to a sane person but there were days where she doubted she fell into that category anymore.

@Hybrid-Is-tired

"Some self-detective work eh?" Theo smiled just a bit "That's kinda like a novel I read a week ago." he said as he pulled up what she asked for with a couple of key strokes he then looked over to her face, and looked straight into her eyes. "This shou-…" the word died on it's way out his throat as he stared into twin pools of the darkest dark he had even seen. They were even darker that the night sky outside. He mouthed the word Grimm…and woged.

Meg chuckled at his assumption. ”Yeah, you could say that.” she smirked, glancing away from the screen to look at him… and made eye contact. She sighed as she saw the red-orange fur and fox-like face appear. ”Damn.” she sighed as she turned back to the screen. ”Don’t need this right now.”

@Hybrid-Is-tired

Theo's instinct was to book it and get the hell out of there, but Meg was in the way of the door now. "A-are these the kind of things you're looking for." he asked, a slight tremble in his voice now as he tore his eyes away from hers. He turned back to his typical appearance, trying to keep his breathing normal.

Meg sighed again, a little annoyed by his reaction. Not that she wasn't used to it and she knew it wasn't completely unwarranted. ”Calm down, fox-boy. I'm not after you and I have no reason to hurt you.” she told him as she looked back at the information he looked up for her. ”Yeah, this helps. Kinda confirms what I was thinking. Thanks.” she nodded and pulled out eighty dollars for his help and inconvenience.

@Hybrid-Is-tired

He held up his hands and shook his head a bit "That's okay I don't charge unless you buy something." He tried to politely decline the payment. He let out a little sigh of relief. "I'm Theo by the way…I've never met a Grimm before…but you probably know the old stories and…well excuse my nerves." the Fuchsbau told the young Grimm as he held out a hand in greeting, knowing it be best to be on friendly terms.

@FanfictionFanatic-The-Elder group

She looked at the hand, almost hesitantly as she had heard of the stereotype of this kind of Wesen… but he seemed harmless enough. ”Meghan. Nice to meet you.” she said shaking his hand. ”And don't worry about it. I know my ancestors were a bit gung-ho.” she nodded before putting the money in his hand. ”Seriously though, take it. It's the least I can do for making you stay later and scaring you half to death.”

@Hybrid-Is-tired

"Thank you…if you don't mind me asking…what suspicion was proven by what I provided?" He seemed genuinely curious. He put the money in his pocket for he didn't see it worth arguing over. He seemed more relaxed now as he shoulders went slack.

She looked at him and shrugged. ”Apparently, there's a Spinnetod in the area. She’s already killed two… granted one of them had a reputation for being a complete piece of slime, especially to women so he got what was coming.” Meg said. ”But I gotta stop her before she kills her third or she'll be long gone before she does this again.”

@Hybrid-Is-tired

"That's funny my friend Richard told me he's thought he…oh my god! I have to go with you a wesen that looks like that was last seen near my friend's apartment…hell that victim list is all around his apartment building. If he runs into her…he's just a normal he'll have no chance." A little idea formed inside his head "I'll call Richard to tell him to keep inside and I'll lure her out." He offered, as if there was a chance his friend could be fed upon he didn't want to take that chance.

@FanfictionFanatic-The-Elder group

Meg balked a little at the offer. ”Are you kidding? You’d be setting yourself up as a target for her if you came with me.” she told him. Human, Wesen, it didn't matter to a female Spinnetod during this time. ”You can warn your friend but I’ll need the address for the apartment building.” she told him.
