Also, for google docs, go into the share setting and make sure the setting is set to "anyone with link." You can also upload it to a notebook page (I have a character named "gallery" for this) or a hosting site like imgur or imgbb and copy the "image address" to post. As for spam, there is an option to edit your posts if you click on the three dots icon on the left of the chat box.
