Technology - What is the level of technology like in Tales from Avalon?

Because Avalon seems to have something about it that prevents ships from leaving once they pass through the star cluster, outer society tends to avoid this place. Because of this, levels of technology are quite mixed.

Inhabitants of Avalon are able to travel between planets, but ships rarely get up to the scale they do outside of Avalon. Since stable power sources are hard to find, Avalonians often make use of analog technologies that can run longer between charges/refills/etc.
