Cove Trader's Port

Located in the southern end of the Field, the Cove Trader's Port, shortened to the CTP, is the major facilitator of The Cove's trade.

Transactions with the CTP are only done in metals, but the station does allow for mineral exchanges into metal currency.

The CTP was established after the first major colony was settled in the Cove. The colony, now known as the Southern Cape, could sustain on its own, but in order to fully support expansion it would need help from the other side of the Maelstrom. With that need in mind, the CTP was established.

• The trade route taken by CTP ships goes around the Field and to the Cove. Going through The Maelstrom would be quicker, but this longer route ensures shipments will remain intact.


• The route on which CTP traders travel on is sometimes attacked by pirates, so there are several guard ships that keep track of the route.


• These guard ships come from Avela Prime, so many of them are well-equipped to deal with a stray bug or two.
