While Astrologians are found all over the world, when Firebend needed to have use of their special brand of fortune telling they decided to set up their primary base of operations inside the city.

Astrologians study the stars and other things in the sky, using those in conjunction with specialized cards not unlike tarot they can make predictions about the future. Said predictions are, of course, usually quite vague - forging the bonds of friendship for a brighter future, an enemy is close by, things of that nature.
