Brigade

The Brigade is a team entirely consisting of superpowered talking animals, known simply as Brigade Animals. They were initially united for the sake of belonging, living together under one roof to provide for and protect each other from the unknown dangers of the "Wilds," the forest surrounding their home.

At first, they had no special abilities aside from their human-like intelligence, but that changed when their leader, Spot, dug up a magical artifact dubbed the Brigade Relic that granted each member of the team their own unique power. After this event, the goals of the Brigade shifted: they gained direction and traction, exploring the Wilds and protecting the villages they found just beyond the trees. They continue to stand for the safety of all innocent people to this day.

Following Spot's Awakening and his perceived betrayal, the Brigade was unofficially scattered by Angel. For a time, they resided throughout Terrata, but have mostly been tracked down and reunited by Spot due to the growing threats posed by the Soul Guardians and Purists. The only member still in hiding is Angel, and she does not want to be found any time soon.
