Brigade Animal

Basically any animal found in Terrata

Generally the same as the wild versions.

Rather than referring to a single true species, "Brigade animal" is a blanket term used to refer to the talking animals of the Brigade. For the most part, they are no different from other wild animals of their species, but they possess Human-like intelligence, including the ability to speak.

Inherent magical ability is uncommon, but not unheard of. More notably, each member of the Brigade has been granted a single power by the Brigade Relic, a mysterious artifact discovered by their leader, Spot, early on in the team's development. The nature of this power tends to relate to the animal's personality, and the possibilities are endless.

The members of the Brigade are generally friendly and keep each other's interests at heart. Most of them are driven by similar instincts to those of their "wild" counterparts, though some actively resist this behavior in favor of appearing more intelligent.
